This is by far the most amazing and best home/castle/fortress in the entire world! And your presentation was amazing dear Stefanie 😊. It represents a fantastic blend of legacy and modernity, with a keen understanding of composition that, while unified, never becomes too similar from building to building or room to room. While I presume nothing stands in the way of this being used as a personal "home," I suspect its most likely use scenario is commercial or mixed private-commercial. For example, creatively integrating with the high- to ultra-high-end Mediterranean tourism ecosystem with a business model similar to charter yachting. To that end, its nonstop "wow factor," scale (overall and some of its rooms), excellent fixtures & fittings, curated furnishings, and "compound modularity" will serve it well. As always, I compliment Lionard Luxury Real Estate for some of the best (or THE best) production values in social media real estate coverage.

That's pretty special, but the division isn't really great. If you want to make a private property out of it, you probably have to leave the residential buildings and build something of your own on it, if that's even possible... but then it would be a beautiful and unique retreat.😊😄

Very impressive property. However, it’s been done up a little too modern for me. The location and exterior are very nice, and I could look at the views until the day I die. I just wish it had kept some of its ancient characteristics.

Someone clearly poured a lot of time and money into that place. What an incredibly specific kind of retreat, half resort, half vacation home. Half mafia fortress, half extended family getaway. Half sky, Half sea. Half austere, half luxury. I clicked... half for the property, half for Stephanie. Well presented as always.

The corruption that runs through this administration is getting scarier. I feel sympathy for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve. Imagine investing $1000 and receiving $4,200.

It must have been lovely before they did this to it , now it's bland and boring with no taste, it needs styling up if it's to be a residence
