Australia is a paradise, I love so many of their snakes, they have a definite charisma. I was lucky enough to hold a hatchling Children's python at my local reptile shop recently; a magical moment for me as they aren't commonly bred in the UK. That Boyd's forest dragon was wonderful (I have to confess I think they beat bearded dragons hands down 😉). Looking forward to some more Outback adventures! 🤗

Thanks for these, and for all the herping vids you do as well--they're by far some of the best videos on KZread. BTW, I've been hunting around for copies of the Herpers docs, but even used they're running at like $70 US a pop--any plans for a digital release or re-release of the DVDs in the future? Anyways, thanks again for all you do for us!

That’s exactly right, unless home is in New South Wales.

Have laws changed in Australia? I thought they couldn't sell animals at shows

Each state has different laws regarding this.

Australia doesn’t allow imports but then you see a zero bearded dragon which originated in the U.S 😂

Smuggling is rife on both sides. You'll notice it's the big wealthy breeders who ends up with them first.

Great video but I really don’t get why Australians buy lizards? I mean just go outside and you’ll be standing in a mega terrarium that you don’t have to take care of.

There's a lot of cool lizards out there for sure!

It’s probably illegal to collect ones that are not captive bred just like how it is the rule in most US states. I’m just guessing though and plus you can’t get morphs in the wild unless it’s a new morph in the wild but you know what I mean lol

It must suck if you live in Australia and you are interested in colubrids , lacertas or iguanids.

  • 5 жыл бұрын

It does. The one the most was that People wanted a green iguana. And all I want is all of the blue tongue skink morphs they have.
