Touring A New Beachfront Development In Jaco, Costa Rica ($175,000 - $475,000 Apartments)
I'm back in Costa Rica today, visiting the popular beachfront town Jaco to review the new 13-level development 'Pacific Point.'
82 of the 91 units are now sold. They range in price from $175K (2 bedroom) up to $475K (3 bedroom), and should all be finished in mid-2024.
You'll hear myself and the real estate agent discuss HOAs, potential rental incomes, closing costs, payment schedules, and also options for financing. And then I take you on a quick town tour of Jaco.

Not worth the expensive price. Cheap looking quality apartments, and the outside neighborhood I could tell is old and dirty.
