I’m not a fan of town houses but the interior is super amazing. The stair cases and the space is great

Beautiful home and great storytelling as always! Love the modern architecture of the home, clean lines, large airy windows, high ceilings and outdoor indoor living spaces. The cons for me are one room wasn't en-suite, the lack of a terrace for the master bedroom and the close proximity of the kids room to the master bedroom. Overall it's a beautiful property, kudos to the developers!

It’s a lovely house with some well thought out ideas. I’m however concerned about the idea of safety when the kids bedroom at the very top has a balcony and a terrace. I also think the terrace should have squarely belonged to the master. Then the recreation area off the kitchen is not conveniently placed coz I thought it would be a designated laundry area. Just my thoughts. All in all, a fine build👍🏾

I saw the teaser of this home on tiktok and rushed here to watch the full video. There’s some pretty amazing things about this home and some not so great things lol. Firstly, whoever staged this home did a great job! I LOVE the double height ceilings and love the glass railings which allow natural light to pour into the home. The finishings are very clean and cohesive throughout the home. Also loving the barn doors on the kitchen, this must be the first home in Nairobi I’ve seen use that! Okay for the negatives, this home isn’t all that spacious. I’m not really a fan of the entrance door being on an angle. As a result, the cloakroom is now on an angle and looks cramped. Also, a home with stairs to not have a bedroom on the ground floor is unfortunate as not everyone can climb stairs. And lastly the location of the master bedroom is not well thought out at all. When you think master bedroom, you think privacy. There’s a bedroom immediately adjacent to it which isn’t nice. The master should have been either on its own floor or opposite end of the hallway. I’m also not a fan of the design of the master bedroom, especially the headboard wall. Those cutouts in the wall are very unnecessary and may not always go with everyone’s aesthetic. Overall this is a decent home despite all the negatives lol

Fantastic job as always bro. Point to note, you keep misspelling 'CLOSETS' as 'CLOSEST' in several of your videos. Keep up this amazing work.

Oh pls in south Africa these are the basic houses and most children are raised in houses like this. Coming to Kenya, lavington is full of townhouses and children are raised in them. Not dangerous at all, it's only dangerous for a careless parent.

And again that it the developers design, that's why people buy the house and make alterations, if you buy this house you definitely have the money to make changes to suit your family, if you don't have the money for that leave it to those who can afford it.
