Wow,,,it's rare that I like book cases beside fire place,but I do like this one,very well arranged and decorated home,the 2 pillows placed in the corners of the sofa are exquisitely beautiful,they pick up many other elements,,,only one thing I would change the dining chairs,the ones of the ile are are fantastic....! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Every single one of these big homes leaves no empty wall for a television you have to put it above the fireplace which is the worst possible place to put in a large television

Beautiful layout, but there’s definitely some changes that would have to be made. That terrible wall paper in the bathrooms, that bold Green not a fan off in master bedroom been so much more elegant In white, and the other bedroom a soft gray. Have to take up all the other carpet In The other rooms. Would have preferred white cabinets in kitchen. Some lighting changed. Want a fan of master bathroom wall color. Should kept it a neutral color. And I see they had a dog. My daughter has allergies prefer never to buy a home with pets. Why I always go by new construction. To many projects for that price. I would build from the ground up off that layout.

In southern Europe we have brick houses. In the begining of the video I saw the wooden construction in progress.I wonder, if the resident stumbles and falls on a wall , will the wall come down? P.S.: My question is not ironic.

The wall won't fall, but you could put a whole in the wall.

First bed room will be made an office and that current office will be made into a library/IT room by knocking out those cabinets... then I will go with sliding steel doors painted blue with the same glass pattern... just going with that so I can lock the areas off for security reasons.... same for that new office location... Kitchen is great but Would like a la cornue 48 inch range in a accommodating color for the kitchen.... the windows are okay but rather have the triple pain European style windows, that open to the side, with RF signal blocking interlaced within them.... I work in IT so I am a bit anal about that... before you know it I would be spending maybe another million or two just to get the home to be MINE... if there are no heated floors I would add them... if there's no sound damping in the flooring I will add it also.... if their is no fiber optics I would add it.... if the pool is not heated I would heat it.... if there are no solar panels and UPS system in place I would add it... if there was no commercial grade electrical with RF shielding through the home... I would add it .... and in the garage for a shop and electric cars hook up... I would remove the grill from being so close to the home also... to me its too close to the home..... I would also place a bigger fence around the home... pending no HOA.... rather have this in none HOA location... I mean I am spending that much for someone to tell me what I can and can't do in my property seems stupid to me... but people like simple... if you can call that simple.....LOL.... I would change out the tub in the master because its not the egg shaped one...that is mate colored or stone... LOL..... Tile the wall in that master bath where water will splash.... The bathroom with Snoopy can stay because I grew up on Snoopy being a G.... In all, what I am stating is that the home is worth it... meaning I am willing to spend more into it to make it a home for me and an aging parent.... may not need this much space but for what I do and use the rooms for I will need this much space...LOL.... What would be ultimately great is if it was a one story with a lot of land and a pool... that is my ultimate stay there for the rest of my day since stairs will be a problem in the future but I could get a elevator installed but then there's maintenance added plus what happen to Prince in that elevator turn me off to them.... I also like to tinker with things and that would be something I may mess with and lose my insurance... LOL

Great question and thank you for watching and touring the home with me. Association fees are $226 Monthly. A Golf or Sports Membership is also required for all residents as well. Are you looking to move to Nashville and The Grove?

This home is located in one of the most luxurious, private, gated communities in Nashville with it’s award winning golf course, tennis courts, equestrian program and multiple neighborhood pools. It’s also located in one of the top rated Tennessee school districts and is ranked as one of the best places to raise your family. Recently, this home sold for 3 million dollars.

Did the designer look for the most god awful ugliest wallpaper ever? If so job well done. Yikes.
