I know this house....its in Apo resettlement....they started and finished this building while i was in Apo....There's a very big building right behind this house

Greenery is put in most establishments after sale to reduce the cost of maintenance before sale, also so it is to the customer’s taste and plan.

Does anyone actually buy these houses at these prices? Just wondering! All this houses are going to be business premises in a few years time, too much rooms without the practicals of life. Why not build half the size of the house and still have land for outdoor recreation? Instead of that tiny kitchenette and laundry, the masters bathroom and wardrobe back wall should not exist, so you can walk from the bath into the walking wardrobe from the kitchenette without going through the bedroom. Thank you.

I used to think of how I will literally live in all the states in Nigeria when I was in High School almost 20 years ago but with the way Nigeria is going, it is not really one for everyone. Everyone to his own people. May typical Nigeria never happen to you!
