Surprisingly this method of constructing homes is very cheap. It would be nice if this country went on a 15-20 year luxury housing building boom. That way everyone can eventually have an amazing home.

That's honestly the perfect lifestyle.. A condo with views that also has a beach, so it actually has outdoor activities

It's just breathtaking. First I thought, this is far too high up, but it's just perfect, because the high elevation makes every kind of weather a spectacular experience. The big table for 12 persons is just large enough for me to eat my cereal in the morning... And you can basejump down to the beach every day.

The only thing that would worry me is the massive cleaning bill. I mean, how much would one spend on Windex in a month to keep a spotless view? 😁 The owner probably would even have a small basket of towels just to wipe everything down.

Yes, you will have great views in all directions. Yes, it's also true that you will see the lights of the Miami skyline at night-- and Miami might have the most beautiful skyline in the world! However, please do not think that this building has great views of downtown Miami. It does not. While the view is wide open, Sunny Isles is just too far from downtown Miami for it to be considered an amazing view. Please remember, the views from this unit are AMAZING!!! Those views just really don't include the amazingly beautiful skyline of downtown Miami.

@@milandejanovic1244 You will love it, its very easy to get dazzled by the skyline ,beaches, food. But also know that you will be better of you learn basic Spanish so they don't take advantage of you. A lot of Latin people never leave miami and treat it like a Third world country, it is VERY corrupt, it is called SIN city for a reason, be careful who you hang out , lots of con-artists/smooth talkers. If you keep to yourself at first and are not dazzled by it all, you will see it for what it really is, a great cultural city.

My favorite property thus far!! Views, minimalist decor, neutral tones, decadent details, pool, spa….a dream of perfection. Only things I would alter is probably primary closet space and office furniture 😍

The breath taking views from the bedrooms are REDICULIOS and the windows are so clear I'm almost scared 😱 of heights 😳 😂

Being from Miami, by far this building is one of the best in my opinion. Location , views, condo layout and low level of traffic coming in and out of the building.

Love the lighting in this penthouse at night. Soft and warm. It's just right.

I HAVE WATCHED THIS AT LEAST 20 TIMES LOL!!!!!

I was scared of heights just watching, and Mikey just confirmed it.

I have seen so many home tours, but this stands out the best. The fact that I have a great view of Atlantic ocean which connects Europe, North America, South America and Africa is crazy. From the primary bedroom and other several places it almost felt like I am on a airplane flying over the ocean. This place is just so awesome and peaceful. At any day I would buy a place like this if I had the money. Surely it comes with some problems that needs to be dealt with, like humidity will be very high and often the floors may get wet and needs to be clean after several hours, but that is just okay considering the view and the vacation feeling I get. Also, I can't study in this home. For studying I need to go out to some library around here, cause this home is to relaxing for concentrating on study.

From the exquisite bathroom with mini spa, the elevator, the square 12 seat table, backlit onyx 2 level bar, to the living areas, the wrap around balconies and views during the daytime AND even better at night whew! Easily one of the top 10 property tours on this channel! love it love it!!

Love Mikey in all the vids. My favourite is the exchanges like this: MIKEY: "Hey I really like [unexpected but detailed appreciation of some aspect of the property], do you agree?" ENES: "Yes. Now moving on..."

Well made video, good camera work. Love how you cut in slow moving panoramic shots. I also love the night shots. Need more of that so nice.

Enes and Mikey, I get up around 5am Saturday mornings, pour myself an extra large homemade cold brew, and settle into a comfortable spot to watch your weekly videos (both here and the second channel). It's my favorite way to start the weekend. You guys are so good at what you do, and you keep getting better. I've loved to watch the evolution from the early videos up to the newest ones. They're all a joy to watch because of you two and the way you approach your subject. That, and the obvious friendship you guys have makes every tour enjoyable. Thanks for the perfect way to start the day while the rest of the house is asleep.

What I found most interesting is the color palette. Most high-end houses in Florida try to use blue as the main color. This home use of tans and browns warms this amazing place. The flow is great, warm and inviting. The views are breathtaking. Another well done video.

@@jontus9925 Hi, Jontus! Sea level rise in Florida is crazy bad! faux nuuz is blocking the troof from coming out. The troof? Did you know that Miami City Hall is right on the ocean in Coconut Grove? And that Miami City Hall gets flooded at every single high tide! Seriously, Miami City Hall gets flooded by 5" to 30" of sea water EVERY DAY at high tide??? This is the real chit that people want you to know, but faux nuuz blocks it. Please spread the truth, Jontus! Thanks!

One pro of this place is that you'd be safe from a tsunami, the con however is you wouldn't be safe from a sinkhole under the building. Also, I think this would be pretty scary during a hurricane. What if the building sways in the wind? I'd be frightened. Amazing views though for sure. EDIT: That literally is my favorite spa retreat style bathroom ever!!!! Love the massive rain head in the shower. I've been wanting a rain shower forever lol.

I don't think it's much of an issue as Miami is almost the skyscraper capital of the South. I know nowhere else in that part of the country where there are so many skyscrapers per square mile.

Miami hasn’t had a direct hit from a hurricane since Andrew 1992. And as long as it’s not a Cat 4-5, Hurricanes ain’t nothing to worry about

It’s an amazing penthouse, its quality, elegance, it’s stunning view. And as always, I love how Enes details every part this wonderful penthouse, just like mikey Excellent shots.

I'm Really glad that they put the sink at the End of the island, compared to right in the middle. Good size Dining Table too. That is the Biggest I've seen on this Channel. Great views too. Thanks.

Of all the properties you have shown thus far......this is by far my favorite. It has everything. Its not too Old European posh. Its oceanfront views are amazing. The fixtures are perfect. The proximity to city is perfect (its not in the middle of nowhere like some chateau at the same time its not like NYC where you grossly overpay for dull grey "city views"). The rooftop pool and grill drove me insane.

Spot on on NYC views. They are dull and you always end up looking at other buildings that are way too close! The view in this one is SPECTACULAR

Hi Enes, this was the very first video we saw of yours! We have enjoyed watching your videos and especially love hearing about your background - it's very interesting and you are very accomplished. -Amy & Ed

I'm usually not too impressed with all the marble inlays and whatnot, but this apartment is stunning. I could see living there after winning the lottery. And that night time view? I could absolutely see throwing a killer party in that penthouse.

Favorite parts were the kitchen, rooftop bar/pool, and the ground level pool! Epic work as always!

I’m glad Mikey pointed out the mysterious device on the balcony at 14:55, I was literally gathering time stamps where it appeared and Mikey finally said “ok, well I know people are going to ask about this in the comments, so we might as well explain what it is"

Just an amazing level of luxury, everything about it is top quality, and beautifully Finnished, love it.

There's quite a few things I would want to change in this penthouse to make it more home-like but it still looks amazing as it is! Spectacular views. And that rooftop is cherry on the top!

The condo is so big that has an "exit" sign. A dream.

Beautiful condo penthouse. For me, the terrace glass walls are too low for this height, especially with sudden gusts. You could literally bend over from the waist leaning out - no thanks 😱 If I bought this I’d have shoulder-height sized barriers installed that would just allow your arms to reach over. Great viewing and production as always Enes and Mikey👍👊

Mr. Enes, can I have a suggestion. I am thinking of you about putting a small tiny map at your videos (just like architectural digest), because sometimes we are getting confused to where the part of the home you where and which side of the house. That all, I really really love watching your videos especially for me to seek my architectural dream. Thank you for your knowledge that you share to us.

This is actually a great idea! On some of the homes I really like I have to watch the videos a couple of times because I have to map out in my head where you are walking when you’ve cut away to show b roll. The moving red dot 🔴 on a floor plan superimposed on the screen on occasion would be a nice touch. Love your videos!

i think waking up in the main bedroom with that view of the ocean is mesmerising. indeed astonishing. it would be an experience in a florida storm though.

🔥🔥 Champlain Tower South collapse last year due to corrosion! KILLED 95 PEOPLE. NO MORE CONDOS in Miami. It's an expensive DEATH TRAP. For $24M, I'm going to enjoy a longer life closer to the ground.

Tall building such as this scares me. The evacuation in case of emergency can become a challenge and is frightening. The home is obviously stunning and a dream to live in, yet I'd prefer to be grounded and just visit :)

I stayed in a beach-front condo, and the coastal wind was whistling through one of the sliding-glass doors all night. I just wonder if being so high, with so many sliding doors, if there isn't constant wind noise. Also, the kitchen seems like something designed for a person who is never going to actually make a real meal. Great for caterers, I guess, but pretty crappy layout for someone who actually wants to cook.

This penthouse was absolutely beautiful. The opulence of it was surreal. I feel like it was worth much more than 25 million.
