Nice paint and drywall work. the inside cleaned up nicely.👍 Well Done! That brick walk though 🙄 I don't go for the crumbly moldy look. Looks very rustic if thats what they were shooting for.

Hi Craig, so there are HOA and CDD fees there. $243 a quarter for the HOA and $975 a year for the CDD. There are different fees depending on the size and location of the homes in Celebration, so there may be some variation in this cost based on the specific home. Hi Dave, yes the pool area is original. The seller is the builder, so is willing to make changes to the pool area for the buyer. He actually mentioned that to me when I first viewed the home. Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike.
For that price not much cabinets or counter space in the kitchen!!!!! Pantry is a joke!
