Hi Enes - This was really cool to see, my great uncle lived in 18B at Wiltshire House from the early 90’s up until ~2005.. I have so many fond memories of Christmas parties and big family gatherings here. It was always such a treat to come visit as a young kid coming to “Beverly Hills” to this place and all the fun times and going out to cool fancy restaurants in the area. Was hoping you would at some point do a tour in this building, thanks for sharing this and the fun memories that just came back from this video.. My wife and I have been watching your channel pretty much since you started and we always love watching! Keep it up!

It's incredible how even Realestate Time passes us by . I was a young kid or man when this Condominium Complex was " The Talk of the Town " on Wilshire Blvd , I was waiting to see if he was going to mention " One of the Perks " of buying one of these Penthouses ..... he didn't , But I still remember seeing and reading up on this " Extra Perk " If you were to buy One of the Top Penthouses ... You'd get a Rolls Royce of your choice with it ! Even as a kid I thought that was an incredible deal ! My Parents were in awe and it was One of the Very First Condominium Complexes to offer deals like that . To this day .... it's still a Very Beautiful Building. I know it very well .

Breathtaking, inside and out, Enes. Every detail is exquisite -- I love this place exactly as it is, the designer is a genius. He or she reminds me of my parents' designer in NYC, Jack Yost. Their apartment on the Hudson River was in exactly this style and tones. Gorgeous and you did a magnificent job showing it, as usual. 💖

When you have this kind of money, it is nice to have more than one home. Just in case the Federal Bank Note go's south. Like Enes said, "Some people own multiple units in this building."

I learned way more in taste from this than the bigger statement houses

My god. This penthouse is really beautiful. And the most well decorated mansion apartment that I've seen. Just perfect the way it is. That kitchen. I also think it's the most beautiful kitchen I've seen in this channel as well. I don't think I'd ever cook on that kitchen so it would remain that beautiful. Honestly, took my breath away. Rayni and Braden Williams never disappoint with their listing.

Just have to call for the car to be brought around, take the elevator down and have the doorman greet you and on the way you go. No driving down a canyon road to get to Rodeo Dr. Sounds perfect to me🤑

This place has style. The interior decorator did a fantastic job: everything from the colors, to the furniture, to the accessories is not something you see in your typical LA house. This seems more of a NYC/London/Paris apartment. But for the money id rather have a house if i was in LA. Great vid Enes, as usual.
