Your just posting for the location 📍 and beach front. Beautiful villa but for $10Million and no private gate at the entry of your home and having your neighbours looking into your house… it's not worth it.neighbours

Ceilings are way too low for the price point.

These Gulf vids tend not to give details of the air-cond capabilities of the properties - an essential precondition of comfort at home! Are they automatic, 'smart', the brand, how reliable, all-areas, etc.. & How much NOISE!?
