Amazing

Really is a amazing house.

the villa looks beautiful but it was hard to appreciate the property properly because the camera mans shots were either too low at times and too focused on you rather than the villa itself. just something to look out for next time!

Your tours are great but please kindly tell the person behind the camera to show the house and features you are talking about instead of just focusing on you all the time. when you talk about the chandeliers, let the camera change focus to the chandeliers, when you talk about floor to ceiling windows, let the camera change focus on the floor to ceiling windows. Let us see what you are talking about please. Thanks a million

I feel you added too much colours with the edit of the video.. It didn't make me feel the house as much even though the house is amazing.. Also you didn't show a full picture of the frontage of the house only a part of it, a drone shot or wide footage would have done this..I loved the edit you did on another video the $2.4m 3bdrm apartment that was so good..In all well done and keep the videos coming.

Hi Damiola, Thank you for the feedback I really appreciate it. Unfortunately for this property we couldn’t do a drone footage because In Dubai Drones have been banned for the time being however I’m sure you will see a better video next week and looking forward to seeing your response thank you so much I will work on it!

Beautiful house, but your cameraman forgets to follow what u say sometimes, for example when u were in the main ensuite u spoke about the shower and it's features but the camera was just focused on you and didn't move to the features for us to see. Otherwise a great villa!

Think it’s more about editing and video. While she’s talking I think it’s right to stay on her but then they need to remember to do a slow motion on any point she’s talking about then edit that in bit in while she’s talking about it. I’m really impressed Arron told me about videos. Very professional I said you should start the Dubai version of millionaire listing and selling sunset that’s on Netflix 😎

@@luxelist after watching the rest of it I think you have it nailed, you’re already doing what I said and think you should look at contacting Netflix and going big, if you can produce something as good a quality as what I have watched on Netflix on your own imagine what you could do with the backing of Netflix! And like you mentioned Dubai is the new LA but cleaner and safer I think. I’m slowly working through your videos when I get time but already seeing greatness, some people have being on camera or they don’t. Your good to watch, informative, descriptive and keep your audience. Impressive 😎
