I just cannot believe that 1st home is $180k😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫. Even the 2nd at $374. I mean WTH??? I love how you do your best to sell it. Bless your heart 😢 this is just ridiculous.

Hey Kaleb. Happy holidays. 1st home. Old neighborhood. Gotta pave the driveway and change that blue. Ahhhhh Kaleb? You’ve never 😂. Nothing to say. Would be great if you could show it again after it’s renovated. Hi mamacita. 2nd home nice elevation but looks small. Let’s see inside. Oh look where the entrance is. Nice and clean. Different layout indeed. Adorable nook. Nice garage directly into kitchen. Agreed. Bath dated. But bedrooms look great. Slider in the primary. En-suite small. Ditch the tub. Get a larger shower and or closet. Surprised there’s a linen closet. Pretty garden. If enough room would ditch the garden and put a pool. I actually like. Starter or retirement home. 3rd home like the elevation. $ a little steep. Like the pool view on entry. Laundry in the front different. Front dining with pass through to the kitchen that looks dated. Ok. 1/2 bath/living room and a bonus room. Ok. Kitchen looks better once in it. Pantry small but appreciated x2. Nice backyard. Enclosed pool and fenced 👍🏼. The 2nd bedroom has arched cutouts 🤔? Primary a good size. His/hers closet. En-suite small but workable. Thanks much. Fluffy Fluffy? 40minutes on line? Must be delish 😋. An hour wait for your food? Were they short staffed? Well thanks for sharing 🤗

That 180k house, while not exactly visually appealing, I do see the vision with a fixer-upper like that. Buy it, clean & modernise it, & you could be looking at a possible 300k+ sale.

if you don't mind my opinion, i would say dress up a wee bit more, i love the way you tour parts of the house you go all the way in turn show from the farthest part of the room. great teamwork over all. 🤗

The first house is listed way to high, is been in the market for over two months.

Hi what's the story with insurance rates they have tripled in 3 years because companies are pulling out of florida. i wanted to purchase a home for my dad but I can not now I brought in 2018 rates were 3,000 a year now I'm upto 7,000 they are pricing us out of Florida. By the way she's gorgeous

Kaleb, I don't blame you for leaving in a Hurry on this first house. But it does has potential to be a great house, One they start the Renovation. House #2. It's pretty nice, But still Old School, And I like to see the Backyard, Looks just like a Forest. The asking Price should be $325,000. House #3. Still Old School. Although I didn't like the Swimming pool, Not a fan at all. $509,000 is a little overpriced. More like $450,000-$460,000, To you Kaleb, And your Girlsfriend Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Hopefully 2024, Would be much better for everyone, See you st the next Video 📷📸📸📸🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Great showing the first house was the pit. It was not great. Second house OK not great but OK the third house. Wonderful. Don’t like upstairs. You never know what you will find once you open the door of a foreclosure. But some are actually in great conditions. Thanks for your feedback. I would love to show homes in Port St Lucie sometime, even tho it’s a little far from my area. And yeah…my hair was intact! 🤣🤜🏽

They will never get 500k for that last house. Too cramped and too much updating needed.

These videos give me the fix I need. As a child I’d go with my dad (who was an agent) and explore properties up for sale. Many of them foreclosures. Now it’s become some sort of asmr haha. I’m a central Florida native living in Ohio so I like to keep an eye on the market down there as well. Keep the videos up Kaleb!

The 2nd and 3rd house were very nice. I live in a 100 yr. old so I always laugh when you point out small pantries or closets.😂

Hi Noreen. Thanks for watching. It’s located in East Orlando close to UCF, that’s what makes the difference in price, even tho you can definitely negotiate. Location can make a big difference in price but for this house I would offer less.
