Such a magical place! Can't explain it only if you had lived here ! The best childhood ever! From the walk from stoney lonesome down to michie stadium on the weekend , to Delaware pond so so many memories, to exploring the woods with friends , I can go on and on

I lived there from 1958-62, ages 8-12. Everything you said in your video is what I experienced plus, as you know, tons more. It is a magical place for a kid (and families) to live and I never really got over it. I'm 71 now and I never found that magic anywhere else in my whole life. I, too, found it heartbreaking to have to leave when my father got a new assignment! (my father was Class of 1945, my grandfather Class of 1923)
