On a recent visit to Edinburgh, we explored the Britannia. Almost full access is given. You can explore the Bridge, sit where the captain Sat. See when the Queen slept, where the ships officers slept and socialised and drank some beer. When the Royal Marines were on board you can see the quarters.
In addition, the ship has a galley that's still in use today. Nearby you have sick bay which contains a full working operating theater, you can still smell the disinfectant.
Over all its a very interesting tour of the ship and a great way to spend an afternoon in the city of Edinburgh.
