Couldn't agree more. I couldn't record the whole thing but I was fascinated by the story

Some drivers want to be turned as it gives them stand time and shorter trips lol, But giving out transfer tickets is awkward because the ticket machine is linked to Ibus and once it reaches its destination it goes out of service and won't produced transfer tickets so you have to inform the passengers a few stops before that your terminating and then issue them transfer tickets, The problem is some don't look at the destination sign, I once was turned about 3 miles from my curtailment point and changed the sign but nobody looked at it, Soon as I got to my destination and told people I was out of service people moaned! or didn't realise I wasn't going any further the public are not observant..

The buses is like the railway, a great job if it we didn’t have drivers or passengers
