I also prefer to live in a house with a large compound, but why not have both? An apartment could be a great investment for a rental or bnb.

I saw with Adison properties it cost 16 m but for some house per month it 35k and above

4.5M for 1br! Been to Tatu City, but that price is ridiculous! Egregious☹
