Great video. A pleasure to listen to someone who knows what he/she is talking about. It’s always better to hear from someone who actually owns a trawler, rather than a well-intentioned KZreadr who borrows one for a few hours.

I am helms detail person and this 52 helm is a CAPTAINS DREAM:) The ability to see everything at a glance to include the outside, bak system display in the sleeping area, great helms balance with systems on the ground level, mid is the maps, radar and top ceiling layout, great layout. I never miss a boat /yacht show and this helm compares to yachts that cost five million dollars! Im not sure what this one cost, but in my opinion new its about two million.

In my business we use a remote management system to monitor servers and networks that will not only alert us of a problem but a potential problem so then the administrator can get ahead of something and keep it from becoming an issue or dismiss it as being benign... it all depends on how it has been configured. Would you say that what you're using to manage the boats systems is very similar?

Greetings from Vancouver Island. I live on Discovery Passage and I love seeing Nordhavns go by. My favourite so far has been the Tofield's 52, without the flybridge. Do you have problems docking your 52 because you obviously have more windage? Also, does the John Deere, you have, perform better than the Luggers, economy wise?
