It bothers me that they put locomotives from all over the world together in one region, while I would rather have all the USA trains in the USA, German trains in Germany, etc. Nice overview, gives me a nice preview of upcoming trains in France (I'm currently at level 61)

Thanks, Lewis! Build up your population and warehouse as much as you can, it will help you in competitions. Use gems to expand your factories to hold more stuff. Don’t be in a hurry to level up, so you can improve your fleet.

I am so confused about the Erie engine being in the British category. Erie was an American train company.

I agree, it is confusing! There is no relation between the region and the locomotives you can get. I think that’s so that people who like non British or USA locomotives can get them right away.

An you tell me how you get the Union Pacific trains oh and can tell when you get enough keys to get the legendary emd dda4x please

Take your time leveling up and try the 200 key containers for a higher chance at epic and legendary trains. It takes some luck too. If you play the Seaport event you can go back and try for previous level trains too.

Do you have a particular strategy to upgrading your trains? The only one I can think of is to wait for new jobs and upgrade the train required for that job, when applicable. Do you use a strategy that might be better?

I want one legendary in each region fully upgraded - preferably an event train up to 80 - to maximize gold collection. After that I try to bring up one epic and one rare. Commons are easier to upgrade. When in doubt, I hold off and upgrade as needed as you mentioned.

Thanks for a great vid and for the shout out, I can't imagine the amount of time they spent making all those train models for the game let alone creating unique event ones (some of them are crazy looking). I know I've already been cheeky enough to ask for this vid but could you do the same for when you unlock Sweden?

Hey Alex, they have some good visual designers on their team. Those locomotives and maps look great. Sure, I can do the same for Sweden when I get there... it'll be a few weeks at least, I hope!
