@IsaccLightbournELPASOREALTOR Question. When you show the homes on youtube, does each home include the cost of the lot? Lastly, which is the most ideal location for the best schools, specifically high school? Thank you!

@@M_and_D_Golf for the most part the price that I put is the total price of the home unless the home I post is a model home. For example, I believe my last post was an Icon custom home. That was a model home and whenever I post a home like that I state what the price per square foot is plus the price of the lot, and typically for a custom home range between 80-150k. The best school I cannot technically speak on that because I can get in trouble for steering you in a certain direction so my best advice to you is to look on websites such as niche.com greater school.org and Facebook, Fort Bliss group chats that talk about the best goals. A lot of my clients ask me to put them in a home near Franklin high school.
