Hey, its Ryan - one correction - the kitchen layout is room dependent. So while this room has the cooktop next to the fridge, there are other 1-bedroom layouts that has the cooktop where I said it previously was. So nothing moved, it is just different layouts. You also are not required to remove the cushions from the couch of the murphy bed, just any pillows on the couch 🤣 Sorry for the mistake! :)

Good video booking a 1 bedroom tomorrow at 8am! I disagree on the food down bed under the tv. We stay at Poly last week and the clothing storage is awful and there were only 2 of us, living out of a suitcase if you had 4-5 people wouldn’t feel like “home”.

Wire bottles goes in the three openings under the wire glasses.

These room layouts and cabinets haven’t changed. This was soft goods only and they added Murphy beds

Murphy looks like the one in the BRV room. You don't need to remove the cushions. You only need to remove any throw pillows that may be on there.

2 comments: This video stated it was a soft goods makeover but it is a complete refurb. I couldn’t watch the entire video (I didn’t get past the kitchen area) as the camera movement made me nauseous! That’s too bad as we’re staying there in May.

The Beach Club Villas refurb was only a soft good refurbishment. You can read more about it here: dvcfan.com/2023/02/07/first-look-beach-club-dvc-room-refurbishment/ The last hard goods (or full) refurb for Beach Club Villas was back in 2016. Apologies if the video made you nauseous, it wasn't a planned room tour, I didn't know I would get one of the new rooms, so it was filmed handheld.

the rooms looked almost exactly like this in January of 2019 when we stayed there last, lol. the only difference I see is the Murphy bed sofa.

I like the new items, definitely was time to upgrade the appearance. Kind of interesting that they didn’t upgrade all the USB receptacles, but this wasn’t a “hard refresh”. There are rooms that face Epcot with a view, but I do believe they are two bedroom villas. The one bedroom villas face the pool and the space between the resort and the villas buildings. Looking forward to our next stay here.😁

Actually there are all 3 room types that face Epcot, they're partial views though as the trees block a lot of the view. I have stayed in a studio that had a view of Spaceship Earth. No rooms unfortunately that face Crescent Lake where you can get a nice view of Boardwalk though, only the hotel side has that.

@@Liquid-Ice the upper floors have complete views of Epcot. Love watching fireworks from the balcony over the top of Spaceship Earth.

I don't see "remove the couch cushions " on the instructions. It says pillows.

weird, i wonder why they did different murphy beds there.

EVC space WITH plugs are needed for ALL rooms.

This room was 26 points per night in September when I stayed. Even during the most expensive time, it is 51 points per night. The theming is certainly a little bland, but it maintains the beach feel and the location is amazing being able to walk to 2 parks!

Do all the one bedroom suites have a Murphy bed in the living room? Or do some still have a sofa bed?
