People who complain about the price don't understand that real estate is all about location, location, location and that's what you get with here. Paradise Valley is the ultimate luxury retreat n Arizona. It doesnt get better than that!!

I have built so many like this in PV , Camelback and Mummy mountain and North Scottsdale. We did one in Desert Highlands where you could have put a VW Bug in the shower and their was a his and hers bathroom. To me these houses look so cold. I’m happy to build them for clients but no way I would live there.

No this isn’t even LA market. Tons of houses in San Fernando valley this size and spec but cheaper. This is overpriced for Arizona and I’m in this market.

That is currently setup as the yoga/gym room.

Too bad they chose 2,600 watt hours capacity. Another 400 and it would qualify for the 30% rebate.

Outside is cool but inside could have been utilized better, too many living rooms. Seems like a business location more than a home. lol

How can these homes, in AZ of all places, be built without solar panels?! There's a big, ugly, flat roof just begging for them to be installed. If you're building a $8M+++ home in a sun-soaked state like AZ, you should be OBLIGATED to put in panels to support the electricity drain a home of this magnitude has on the system. Aside from that... gorgeous home ;-)

This house’s built quality is worth maybe 2 mill range. BTW, house doesn’t seem to have a front door.

You aren't finding a brand new house this size anywhere in the U.S for 2 mil lol. Let alone Paradise Valley, Arizona. I saw that this sold for $8,075,000 so your valuation is very, very off. Also, I think the front door was the one the videographer walked through in the beginning of the tour

As nice as this is, it does NOT look like a home, it looks like office building I do tech support at. Lol, that kitchen looks like the break room. Very unfeeling, If I was that rich I would try and live in Prescott and have a bad ass cabin style mansion. Or a Scooby Doo castle style house with secret passages.

So over double islands in kitchens…..

Is there a limit to the height of the walls surrounding the property ?? They certainly are not high enough to block the neighbors windows or noise, and it seems to be that way on all the walls in this community. If so, their seems to be no reason to live there.

Yes there is a 6 foot height restriction in Paradise Valley and actually only 3' in the front

It's a nice house but never that price in god forsaken arizona. It just sold for 8.075. Where do these people out in the desert get the money to overpay so grossly for houses? btw I think you might need a wider angle lens. Maybe compare against house tour youtubers like Enes, Darren and Sierra. It feels a little tunnel vision.

If someone’s willing to pay it, it’s worth it. There’s TONS of money here in AZ, especially in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Sunny mild weather 8 months a year, then go off to their 2nd homes in the summer to escape the heat. People are paying $20M + for homes here!
