    Yeah I don't think a service business and a consumer business need to be mixed at all. Like Nick said, the wax business doesn't really need to be concerning itself with the ins and outs of the salon business.

    I think this is one of the rare moments that she actually doesn't need a dragon. She just needs to continue her path and her strategies that has been working for her but in a bigger market context. Wish her all the best!

    Lol. Define working fore her. I guess in your head 400k is a lot of money but in reality 4 million is not a lot of money and even 40 million is not a lot of money so while you think knocking on one door at a time is a great strategy, most people dont build a big business without outside investments

    He sees the business model. All the dragons were out because it was based around her personal business. The brand (so all-in basically the product) was that particular waxing treatment. Therefore he asked about the salon.

    It is NOT one business. Look at Anastasia Beverley Hills cosmetics. The owner started with a salon doing eyebrow waxing to the rich in LA. Then she started the cosmetics company separately. Normally I agree with Peter but not this time.

    Yeah I mean the logistics of the waxing product vs the logistics of running a salon are totally different. Cannot see why you would ever not separate them unless you were planning on making the wax exclusive to a franchise of salon chains
