She rather notoriously does not! If I'm not mistaken, the only two characters that use masculine-coded pronouns are Mai Teireida (who uses boku) and Momoyo Himemushi (who uses ore). It's a very cool bit of trivia actually, because it reinforces the fact that Marisa stands outside a lot of gender norms: she uses the "ze" particle which marks a commonly "unrefined" way of speaking, and has a rather tomboyish behavior, yet at the same time sticks to watashi as a pronoun (mostly considered refined/feminine), and is also *very* insistent on being feminine-gendered: I remember the ending of a game (not sure which one, if someone can find it again) where she clearly corrects someone who calls her a "hero" into "heroine", and I'm pretty sure there are other similar instances. Actually, a lot of characters in Touhou avoid, in some way or another, common tropes usually associated to depictions of girls in (Japanese) media, and that's, in my opinion, extremely cool - Marisa possibly being the epitome of this.
