So it turns out I've been using a mixer setting in bamboo tracker that makes the SSG channels significantly quieter and as a result the SSG drums are also way softer than they're supposed to be. I decided to do a bit of testing with a new mixer setting that makes them way fuckin louder and made this. I thought it was appropriate.

Putting those fixed drums to use, I see! well have i got some news because got DAMN they sound good the bass drums that are audible at ~0:47ish are just fantastic as well, gives the song a wide range that you don't really hear that often from pc-98 songs! also 2:02 section my beloved just mmmmmmmmmmmmm those soundwaves do be hitting my ears in just the right way
HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THE TIMPANI *WHAT* Fr though this shit slaps 1:37 onwards got me actin' unwise, ESPECIALLY the percussion solo

The timpani is an FM drum. I rarely use them. There's only one other song where I have, but they're by far the best way to get phat bass on this soundchip.
The best pc 98 remix I've heard in my entire life.
