For those seeing newest first. Ralph passed away on June 10th, 2022. It is very sad for our town. I heard he still loved the renovations done to the shop and home so he at least had a few years to appreciate them.

I just found out when calling the shop today. I am shocked and sadden from his passing. I will miss Ralph. He was a great barber, husband, father, veteran, and much more. Rest in peace, my friend.
I lived in Bound Brook most of my life and this guy cut mine and my brothers hair for years and years when we were kids. Really happy for him that this was done. He is just one of the nicest people I have ever known and he is represented very well on the show.

One of the most humble man I have seen. He's so speechless he can't even express himself. Good job George. Your team are all awesome be it contractors plumbers designers etc they all come through. 💯💯💯

I’m right there with you because today 5/2024 I just discovered his channel!!!!! Great entertainment from a great man!!!❤️❤️❤️
One of my favorite episodes. Who doesn't remember their hometown barber? Mine was Norm and I remember my dad taking me to get my haircut and sitting on that booster thing. They deserve to be able to relax and enjoy the beach after so many years as really a pillar of the community.
It's seriously cool watching all the home improvements. I don't even mind the ads because George sounds so genuine when he talks about the sponsors.
This is my most favorite episode. I love how towns people got into the project. The lovely couple made me smile. Life is good. Nice work Mr. George and entire crew.
Love the sincerity and genuineness of this show and the people behind it. I like how George does his job. And how he presents the sponsors without it being in your face. It's believable not exaggeratedly advertised. Beautiful work George to the Rescue!!
They're in their 70s?! 🤯 You would not know it by looking at them. And they seem so sweet.
How do we find the leak. “ let’s take everything out”. Oh ok “I mean the wall and the side of the house”. Ok done. Lol. Love that guy.
These guys are angels. What a nice couple and what an amazing transformation of their home and his workplace.
Woow, I love this episode.. Im an old soul, I love everything vintage style ♥️ first time seeing rescue like this, doing everything the whole house!! 👍🏼
What a great couple! They are wonderful to each other. you see it in their youthfulness! 💕
I can only imagine, it's like the weight of the world lifted off his shoulders, and now Ralph and Barbara can continue enjoying their lives in the beach front home there in New Jersey, which to me looks like a lovely place to live during your golden years.
They are very good looking couple. They honestly look like celebrities in their 20s and they still look amazing. Stay happy, in love and beautiful.
Love the contractor's reaction to the rescue, he was so horrified by the state of the roof and the siding.
My dad took me to Ralph's for haircuts my whole infancy and childhood. The sight of the grey barber chair booster seat sent me right back- I sat on that many, many times. I also remember Ralph would put up a Christmas tree in December, with a train track around it, and would let me play with the control. I always felt a little guilty when I grew my hair long in high school and switched to a salon closer to home. So glad to see this renovation happen for him. Thank you Ralph for all the cuts and care.
I love George and his team!! I am new to his channel and I can't quit watching these videos and him helping people!!
Such beautiful people, so humble & so deserving. Well done GTTR team 🙌😍
What a lovely couple 🥰 I’m so happy for them 😊
I LOVE how they always go on and beyond for these people
The sight of a plugged in, water damaged tv terrified me 🙃
You can tell he’s extremely humble! He cannot believe you did all all this for him!
Surely Ralph Deserves it...50 Years....Wowww
So glad you found the source & did such a thorough job and... the barber shop too! A fabulous bonus and needed too! Great job team George!
Another episode where I’m brought to tears. Wonderful!!! ❤️
What a lovely couple, great job by George and the contractors. Still don't know why people thumbs down, when nothing but good being done.
George I want to give you a big big hug! May you and your family be well, happy and have all you need!
Awww, so happy for this couple!!
What a sweet amazing Jersey couple that so deserved to be able to have their house redone and not happy to worry about if they would have a home. Now they can rest easy relax and live their best life 😊 You all are truely amazing 🙏 fellow south Jersey family !!
Ralph is the kind of man all men should try to be -- honest, hard working and dedicated. Seeing his honest gratitude made if worth watching this video.
Wow, that house was really damaged! Thank you for helping them ❤️
Rewatching this for the nth time because one day I hope to find their kind of love. :)
Those vintage barber chairs are fantastic!

My grandmother died at 98 years-old and passed for late 60's... amazing skin. Her entire skin care regimen was Pond's cold cream, Ivory soap, and Oil of Olay. She washer her face with Ivory in the morning and used the Oil of Olay afterwards, then before bed would use Ponds, wash again, then Oil of Olay again. She had like 4 wrinkles, 2 on each outer corner of her eyes, little bitty crows feet type of laugh lines... She looked better than me...lol

@shawn sisler My grandma died at 96 years of age and not many wrinkles and she too used Oil of Olay! Just regular hand soap and then Oil of Olay ( the pink bottle with black cap smelling like violet flowers). My colleague's grandma does the same thing. I need to go and buy a bottle 😁

@@shawnsisler3743 My mother is 81 she has just used soap and water and for the years she could get it she also used Ponds. I was on vacation in the US this year and got her 2 big jars of Ponds:) She has the best skin almost wrinkle free. She always said that her secret was the soap and water and not using the face powders women used to use. My aunt who did use the powders had the most awful leathery skin at 30 years old and deep wrinkles so I have done the same as my mom. I had really great skin till I was 50, when I lost so much weight that without the fat under the skin it became wrinkled, so like you I can say my mom looks better than me:)
Great job George! Ralph is beloved by his customers and he and his wife was very appreciative of the work that was done. 👏👏👏👏😊
Ralph is a wonderful man, and great rescue.

Thank you ❤❤❤George
Water is such a destructive force. Wonderful results.
I was so hoping the shop would get some love too... was not disappointed!
Over the course of 15 years nobody has been able to find the source of a leak, but one guy on a TV show, which, BTW, I'm hooked on, finds it. That's sad in my opinion, but I'm glad someone finally found it. I like this episode.
I just love this show !Its so heartwarming. I can see that Ralph is a good man .He so reminds me of my late father 😢 .Please George and team continue to make people happy
See it pays to be good people. You are much loved I hope you are able to enjoy your life in your home for a long time

These are my grandparents. The house is still good shape if anyone wanted to know. And if anyone from the show is reading this, what happened to my filmed interview? I made lemonade for the crew and everything! They love the comments about how they have nice skin and look young.

Will probably much easier for Ralph to find another barber interested in buying out the barber shop when he's ready to retire, with all the improvements.
that barber did not want to be touched..
What such a beautiful couple gif bless them
This episode is just amazing! I salute everybody. God bless you all!
should have used the creases in the paneling of barber shop to make Yankee pinstripes.
When your client cries with joy, so do I for them!
OMG, those folks were so lucky George & team came when they did, that house was a disaster and major health hazard behind the walls & ceiling.

I binge watch this amazing show kudos to you George ur such an awesome amazing person God 💕 bless you ,& all ur crew live long & prosper amen
For 15 years they've had people try to figure out the source of the leak? Nobody bothered to go on the roof or open up the ceiling? Are there no competent contractors in that town? Sad.

Couldn't afford it maybe. Could be that because of location. It was taken into account that the cause was more from flooring than roof, but again as stated. Couldn't pay to it or it be bad contractors. One thing I noticed is that they didn't show upstairs. Witch lead me to think it wasn't the roof.
AWESOME👍💯👍😭
i love it how he gave George the certificate for haircuts for life at the end, so awesome

Yes, I rent a bad too-expensive apartment, it's awful: no heating, water comes in, mould, no insulation (or air-con = wouldn't need if insulated properly), light switches don't work, rough filler & grout all over the place - including in shower so can't clean it right, cupboard fell off the wall onto my head, hole in roof, warped front door that can't lock properly & lets cold air & water in etc. etc. landlord refuses to do any repairs or maintenance (and threatens me with eviction if I don't pay the rent = I'd be homeless because I lost my job after my serious accident) - except he finally came to put a toilet seat on & cistern bits in but then broke the kitchen tap. And he rents out garages beneath me and doesn't maintain them either: rotten noisy doors = at all hours day & night. I desperately need a rescue, needed it for over 5 years, but not everybody gets the help they need sadly, there are too many of us.
Rewatching ❤ bumping ip the algo ❤
I hope the jadite sink stayed!
Beautiful couple !! They deserve all the best..
