After they repaired, I bought the best filter for the seat... One year later i thought the filter must be done toto is not working again. replace filter and it wasnt the filter its the toto again. So sad... if my wife knew how much i spent on this seat warmer, she would kill me! Its broke im not fixing this time. I learn my lesson. this is rich man's game.

Clean the water filter on the left side! Fixed mine right away

So after toto watched video they fixed it for free. Yeah they should. or give us a free one. after going through all that we have it back and it is working great ! like new with a few scratch's from repair shop. Plus finger prints what wont clean/rub out. Not sure what happen in repair shop but they must be rough with your seat. not sure what they had on there fingers ? lube ? Its so nice to have our spa back in action. Sorry about all the Butt should have said rear. Pressure of being on camera.

Have you opened it up, disassembled the pressure valve assembly, treated it with descaler? Funny these things have a remote control. Do you use it from across the room?

there is a water filter behide the back cover on the left, its a mesh screen filter - clean it every 6 months 😂

Buy a new one and do the old switcheroo

after dealing with toto they told me it sucks to be u. If you want someone to look at it it will cost $ 175.00 ! just to look at it !!! and we will go from there ?

I made this video sent it to them with you tube link. And then they said they would fix it for free. Now I have a filter hooked up to it hoping it doesn't happen again. good luck because it awful.

After they fixed mine, one year later same problem. I found a small bottle filled it with vinegar and squeezed it until the vinegar came out then let is set over night. The next day i hooked it back up turn water back on and it worked like it was new. Power wash.

it has a filter and you can take apart the spray nozle to clean it, read the manual

Hey thanks. Never thought of that. Gee whiz did you ever think that might not have worked for our problem ? Good GOD. Not only did i clean that filter I had my entire seat torn apart trying to figure out how all the moving parts works just incase i need to rebuild the seat the way i wanted it to work. Did you say read the manual ?@@mdemory

@@dragon77721 Hey man, Im having the exact issue. Can you share a little more detail about where and how you put the vinegar into the system? Did you remove the filter and squirt in there? I wish there was a way to open up the donkey dick that squirts and soak that in vinegar. Any thoughts? Thank you.
