So thankful for your videos! Should the auto flush work whether you use the clean functions or not? If we use the wash it works but not otherwise.

If it auto flushes with the wand cleaning, that would seem to mean it's properly installed from a functionality standpoint. Have you checked the flush settings on the back of the remote? If you have, and you're still having issues, we can reach out to TOTO on your behalf for further troubleshooting. Just email us the order number you have with us, and a description of the problem, and we'll run with it from there.

Is there any way to get the pre mist to work with auto open off? Or with auto open on but both lid and seat (and I'd sit down shortly after)? I'm losing my mind. How do non auto models emist?

You should be able to do that using the settings shown at about 2:30 min in on the video above. Let me know if that helps

I just purchased the s550e. I have an American Standard toilet. Isn't compatible and where can I find the remote flush?

There is nothing you can add to your current setup to get remote flush. The only way to make that work would be by pairing a TOTO washlet+ toilet, with a TOTO washlet+ bidet seat. An American Standard toilet won't work sadly. If you want to get a full washlet+ setup at some point in the future, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Where is the motion sensor located on the S550e?

The motion sensor is located on the right side (when facing the seat) opposite from the main display lights.

auto open delay not work on my s550 :( always open without delay
