IDK but is it from Denmark like the Starter Train?
I have done some research, and yes, I found what it's based on, and I'm 99.9% that I am right, and if I'm right, than it's definitely danish.

Dumb question: Are all the new levels on the game playable in *Conduct Deluxe*? Or only in *Conduct This*?
Conduct deluxe hasn't gotten an update for 5+ years, of course not... unless someone made and published them in the level editor, but I doubt that.
