The extra propane capacity is awesome as well as the no slide camp side. Not crazy about the kitchen.

The quality of build and materials used have risen across the board. Impressive fifth wheel.

That small door on the drivers side is access to the macerator hose and control on my pinnacle. Maybe the same on this one.

First the Positives... The bathroom was awesome! Didn't even look like a camper bathroom it was so nice. The second thing is it seems to have a abundance of storage which is great. The BIG NEGATIVE....That kitchen is awful! It is not set up for function and it looks like it is tight and crowded! I would NOT want this camper for that reason alone!

While it's not ideal for a family situation, this is a couples camper and works well. I use it for my desk when working. Or as a dining table when we have the kids. Very easy to move the table to seat 4 for dinner or playing games.

We own this unit without the full paint and it was $110k. The front living is great for my wife and I with two 100lb labs. Great for entertaining. The kitchen with the sliding table is great! We can accommodate the table any way we like and have plenty of room. The kitchen is the part of the rv we spend the least amount of time so it doesn’t bother us at all. Do I want to cook thanksgiving dinner for 10 people, probably not but that’s why we have outdoor space. The bedroom has plenty of space and the bathroom was the main reason we bought this unit! The only negative is that it lacks hanging closet space. We don’t have a washer dryer because we rather have the closet space. We are extremely happy with our purchase and recommend it to anyone wanting to live in it full time. We’ve owned ours since November and are extremely happy we made this purchase!

RV reviews in general all seems to get caught up in the layout and completely wash over the construction. With the number of Lippert frame issues presenting in many full time RV channels I would really like to see way more content on construction from frame to roof.

I’m not so sure how much I like the bathroom right off the kitchen like a lot of the new ones have 💩

I think that it should have 3 axles. Seems a little too heavy for 2 axles.

This is one of two of my favorite Jayco Pinnacles. Happy New Year JD!

Here are some things that need to be available. 1 . Twin axles 10,000 lb axle with dual wheels on each axle. Springs & suspension to suit them and more. frames not tall but boxed and 1/4 or thicker material larger thick steel . These rv’s flex and twist too much. Then figure the capacity.

The dining table also works great for my desk. I put my laser printer in the little alcove fits perfect. And my monitors and laptop on the table. Lots of work area and can still have nice views when i want. Or keep the shades down when i dont want distracted.

Very nice RV. I like a lot about it. The kitchen would take awhile to get used to. Storage is amazing. Surprised there is not a slide or two included.

The 5 gallon water jug, supplies water to the fridge for water and ice. As well as the water dispenser at the kitchen sink.

The televator actually has a tv on both sides. 1 for kitchen and 1 for living

Very innovative idea with the moving table in the kitchen. The interior is cohesive with the exception of the clock above the 1/2 bath in the kitchen-plz change it out! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I’m not a fan of the kitchen setup, no do I like the living room setup. The front living floorplan is my favorite, but I far prefer the basic floorplan with the tv/fireplace located at the front window and the theater seats where they have the fireplace/tv setup on this unit. It just doesn’t look as nice. I also prefer the standard center island type of kitchen, but with a slide-out for a dinette. Yes, it means another slide out on the camp side, but I like having a dinette as it’s used to eat at, a desk and a multipurpose table for games, hobbies, etc. I’d also prefer a water closet for the toilet in the master bath.

Pros: gorgeous shower; outdoor kitchen is fully equipped; great amount of storage over the axles. Cons: wasted space on either side of the narrow drawers in the bathroom when they're closed; kitchen looks crowded with sideways island; sliding table is awkward; can't walk past stove while someone is cooking; seating for 8 up front, who needs that much?; tires look undersized with two 8K axles on an 18K rig? Looks like, while trying to be different, they went way too different. At this price, the kitchen should be better laid out. Thanks for the review, JD.

Beautiful fifth wheel. The only thing that’s a little strange is that kitchen. You cannot get up to the living room without going through the entire kitchen. It might have been better to have the access to that area on the other side of the table and move that cabinet to the other side up front. Very nice though

Nice camper but $184k? That's just insane in my view.

Interesting 🤔 Not sure about the kitchen/dining space, looks like it takes up to much room, crowded. The non insulated windows is a bummer as well. It’s a very nice trailer for us though I do not think it would work.

You misspoke. It holds 160#’s of propane not 120’s. Just FYI

That dinette is weird in a bad way. Also don’t like dual vanities 🤷

I really liked this. I could easily do full-time in it. But can you remove the half bath and use it for a big pantry? And could the sofas be traded out for sleep sofas? Those are the only two things I would change on it.

dump the half bath to fix the kitchen issues and you got a wonderful camper

The Jayco quality is very nice, and so is the no slide on the passenger side. We looked at this floor plan last year. The down fall is if you plan on any extended time or full time camping with this unit is that there is no space for pots and pans. I know we don't want to have to move the table every time we need something.

I put the pots and pans under the bed. But I have to be honest that I rarely cook with the stove. I use my induction and the convection for baking.

It’s a beautiful camper! However I’m not sure if I like how the kitchen is set up though, with the table the way it is. Who knows, it might grow on me! Lol Do you know if the two couches opposite each other make out into a bed?

180k for this compared to a Riverstone or a Montana that are far and above with quality and style and 30k less than this. Not for me.

It's a good thing if Jayco quality is going up. It went waaaaay down in 2016, when they were acquired by Thor. Thor cut the quality drastically to boost profits, just like what happens in EVERY acquisition.Thor basically cashed in on Jayco's good name by cutting costs and keeping prices high. I might pay $120k for this rig. It's missing a lot of stuff I'd expect for $184k.

Range is GE like the other appliances… saw it on the handle.

$180K and no medicine cabinets in the master bath? Remove the 2 wall mirrors and replace them with cabinets. Ridiculous they are not provided. The kitchen is somewhat awkward with the island sink combo. Prep space in the kitchen is always at a premium. Unless there is a sink cover to maximize the counter space it does cut down on user efficiency. I prefer the old school style that keeps the sink isolated and be able to have the island as a dedicated prep area and away from the sink to avoid cross contamination.

I didn't see a conventional pantry. Too bad they couldn't flip the bedroom and bathroom and get rid of the half bath. Liked the kitchen and living room though. Have a happy and healthy New Year.

One thing I don't get... Why do RV makers insist on using the cheapest TV's and soundbars? In an almost $200k RV, I'd expect a TV that costs more than $150. I wish they'd either fit electronics befitting a unit of this price point, or send them to the dealer with NO TV so the customer can spec whatever they want. I want a Samsung OLED in the living room and bedroom and a JBL 3.1 soundbar. Knock $500 off the MSRP and sell it to me with no TV's.

I don’t think I could get used to the kitchen layout. The sink is in such a strange position. Although with the table the way it is, it gives a lot more prep space in the kitchen than most front living room fifth wheels have.

The kitchen layout it awkward. It's also very closed off from the family room. I did not like the way the table was attached to the island. The rest of the features and layout is nice. I absolutely love the shower. I would be happy with a smaller bathroom (keep the shower) and more space in the kitchen.

Nice Layout, but Barnstyle Doors for (Half)Bathrooms doesnt work for me at all. All the smells have free roam at the bottom and around them. And the trend is already dated.

Wonder why this price point or really any price point that includes them doesn't utilize the Winegard 5G wifi router? Seems like they are missing the boat in that area.

Love the front living and the bedroom and bathroom, but you couldn't have a crowd in that kitchen. For me personally, I don't care about trailer odometer, etc. Waaaay too expensive, couldn't smile too much while camping thinking about that. But different strokes for different folks..

Downsize is the kitchen layout is awkward with the table. Not enough leg room on the side of the bed. The bathroom is nice and roomy.

I love it, but I'm not a fan of the outside kitchen and I really don't care for the BROPro Jaycommand I have that in my 2023 Jayco North Point 310RLTS 5th wheel I had nothing but problems unless I didn't have the update before we left the dealer but we like that front living, oh, that extra small compartment it where the Sanicon goes but I see that they didn't have it.

So....the water heater is on the camping side....we didn't do slides so the camping side is better...so here is a hot water heater to ruin it for ya.

The TV is not under an awning. I would want to sit in the shade while watching and it would help with glare.

Parts of this 5th wheel were great. Liked the decorative colors they choose for the interior & liked bathroom (except no med. cabinets) Liked the sink in the outdoor kitchen! Liked the idea of a movable desk/table area. Did not like! Vents in the floors to collect allergens of all types... The slide type that IMO isn't quality build. Not impressed with the kitchen layout and little interior storage. Finally, that much wt on 2 axels.

3:17 had to stop the vid and watch something else. Kitchen is an immediate “nope”

The light/camera resulted in an unimpressive black and white images with a hint of sepia tones for the unit itself. (A few labels that you focused did show a true red and a bright blue.) It left an uninspired impression and I’m actually in the market for a 5th wheel. I’m still firmly on Brinkley’s team. I would love to see this in full color.

Should have soft close doors and flush floor slides to keep up with other high end manufacturers. I won't purchase an RV with toe stubber slide ever again.

No way a single wheel. Your western winds, mountain travel, cargo and people, along with the rough roads deserve a 1 ton dually.

JD (the narrator) doesn't recommend. Many of us DO tow behind our 5th wheels! This 5er is set up and approved by Jayco to double tow. The sticker on the rear showed that.

that kitchen doesn't make sense , maybe if they can choose different placements of the sink, and table, it can become great... as it sits right now needs a redesign for serious consideration.

Had some great Futures but definitely not impressed as soon as you walked in side and and right in the small kitchen. As much as I like the kitchen island I think they could have done without that and it would have been a lot cleaner of a look. Definitely not a family 5th wheel

Disappointed, the amount of weight this fifth wheel should be triple axle. Different maker has 3 axles at $158,000.00.

That kitchen is horrible!

I love the Pinnacle brand; however, I am not a fan of this Pinnacle model. I really think no one does the front living room model better than Durango Gold with all the extra storage. Too many brands waste space in this type of model, especially in the fireplace/entertainment area. I do not like the TV going the opposite direction. Then I can't see it from the kitchen when I'm cooking. I don't like having a bathroom right off of the kitchen, but the Durango Gold gives you the option to make it a walk-in pantry/laundry room, which is awesome in that location. I prefer the rear kitchen or the midbunk models of the Pinnacle. I was really hoping they would step up to the plate and offer a dual suite this year. I would love to see a dual suite added to the slide within a slide model.

I want to love your videos, but you don't have any lights turned on and aren't familiar with the details before recording. The filming is also all over the place. I hope you're able to get your details dialed in.

Oftentimes my reviews are based on a first impression of an RV that I may have never walked through before. Similar to most people who walk through RVs at dealership lots. I know many of the facts related to the componentry, construction, and design, but because I don't work for a dealership I don't have access to other details that they would be given.

This unit has a lot of nice features, but all together is just wrong!

They havent upgraded their side-walls, with Azdel, still loosely pack their rooves with foam, their underbelly arent sealed correctly, How can this Guy say they have upgraded their construction.

The kitchen is awful!! Also the half bath right in the kitchen area is a no go for me!👎🏼

full body paint is the only thing i like about it. Much of it looks very cheap and poorly designed/built. i would expect more from a premium fifth wheel in the luxury class. Terrible layout too. And I absolutely hate that table and the kitchen layout. It all looks like they are trying too hard to look luxurious, yet poorly constructed. I actually like the older model pinnacles better. I have a 2016 full body paint cardinal, and hands down, it blows this brand new 2024 Jayco away. To spend that kind of money, I would highly suggest a person look at a mobile suite, redwood, Riverstone, or my top pick (if you can find one leftover), van leigh beacon. Same thing with Grand design..... They dress up a poorly constructed model to appear luxurious. Quite honestly, I would never buy a fifth wheel again, of any brand. They are just so expensive, for such a limited life expectancy. And they equip all of them now with too many technology options that eventually lead to failure and are astronomical to have fixed. (Too many things that an owner cannot repair themselves) I wish, just like Trucks/cars, they would stop equipping them with all the high dollar technology upgrades. Just keep them simple and put more emphasis on quality! But then, that wouldn't serve their desire to sell you a new unit every 3-5 years, and bend you over on parts and service now, would it?

I own a 2021 Jayco Seismic and the quality in this toy hauler is really poor. Roof peeled back after use two and countless other issues!
