What an awesome guy. I am not even a huge rugby fan, but when I read the news the other day of his death, I felt a lot of sadness. I would have never even watched Rugby if it wasn't for him

It was not just his size. He was fast and he backed himself. Plus he had plenty of real dog. The man would always be in my all time world side. Top class.

what i liked about lomu was not just his big size and speed but his attitude to the game awell, it seems like alot a rugby players these days do not appreciate the sport and are just playing to get that paycheck.

He’s saying he was taught to watch a player’s hips when defending an attacking player with the ball because unlike other parts of the body, they don’t move around too much ie side step, head fake, throwing a dummy etc are designed to deceive you.
