As a sculpture, a work of art, this is astounding. Showing what can be done the wrong way and still look reasonable is definitely a worthy endeavour. As a conveyance for anyone I care about, it’s a catastrophe. This should have been used as a donor, to repair the other one and accept the different registration. Yes, it’s probably older and less valuable, but next time anything hits that, nobody’s coming out alive. Even a bump in the road, such as a speed bump, or pothole, will affect that very differently to how it should and the risk of a further collision is much higher than if the undamaged shell had been used. This would have been an ideal candidate for an educational video, showing why these repairs should not be attempted. Put this one through a standard crash test and compare it with the official results, before sending it to the crusher.

Yes, I agree that the built quality can not be compared to a non accidental vehicle and the safety aspect associated to it is something our people are least bothered about and if you ask them why they will tell you that everyone's gonna die someday😂. They will Be more happy if a total loss vehicle is up and running that is all that makes everything worth all money spent, time consumed and efforts made...

You’ve got to be kidding me, there’s no way that badly damaged vehicle with all that cutting and joining of body panels and shell repairs is going to be safe and drivable on the road. That’s a death trap surely. Why not just get another bodyshell that’s complete and usable.

Oh yes couldn't agree more it's a death trap for sure. I would say whoever was in that car most likely lost their lives. It just goes to show that these guys doing the repairs don't give a toss about putting that car back on the road and the possability of people losing their lives driving that death trap around.

totally agree. It would cost WAY more than what the car is worth to fix this crap. the frame has to bent horribly. you cant ever get frame back right after collisions like this.

Cars this much damaged are complete write off here in Canada 🇨🇦. They make everything work due to cheap skilled labor available in third world countries where no safety regulations are in place.

Усилители провариваются, в порогах все как положено, вырезается окошко, а вот стойки боковые передние, такое в первый раз вижу, что бы через щель внутренний усилитель варить 38:28 🤣

I respect the comments of all of you and you are absolutely right but it is not the same in every country in the world as there are countries it has different types of work including Pakistan where cars are very expensive. And due to its high cost, in this way, pieces of cars are also made into one car, because even when this car is made, it is a car worth 2.5 million.

Instead of using different pieces they could have used the entire second hand shell which would have been cheaper, safer and time saving as only a part of the pillar and ground was used of the original shell totally bad idea and also the total repair cost would cost higher than the actual market value of the car and also this repair is totally unprofessional

Scary part is,they utilized zero overlapping fillets joining the different sections together. A low speed high resonance frequency impact, whole damn car will come apart at welded sections. Maybe it's ignorance or they don't care how important overlapping fillets are. They spread the load, car won't easily rip apart the next time that car gets whacked again. Basically,a death trap is what they reconstructed.

Why dont use another shell and cut a bigger part of the chassis number and paste on the new shell, just like they use the rear end of the donor car, why dont use almost all of the donor car, and swap the chassis number and engine. Original car was destroyed like that, cant imagine if this rebuild cut and weld would survive for another crash. It will smash into pieces.

Instead of using different pieces they could have used the entire second hand shell which would have been cheaper, safer and time saving as only a part of the pillar and ground was used of the original shell totally bad idea and also the total repair cost would cost higher than the actual market value of the car and also this repair is totally unprofessional

No dear it's Pakistan and car prices are very very high.. they had to use that part of the original shell bcz it has chasis no. On it. If they change whole shell then it's registration gets Invalid... Got it 😉.

Scary part is,they utilized zero overlapping fillets joining the different sections together. A low speed high resonance frequency impact, whole damn car will come apart at welded sections. Maybe it's ignorance or they don't care how important overlapping fillets are. They spread the load, car won't easily rip apart the next time that car gets whacked again. Basically,a death trap is what they reconstructed.

Доноры, скорее всего, завозят распилами, для восстановления таких тоталов. В общем, всё как у нас😢, только там полиции похрен, на то что это распил.

Why dont use another shell and cut a bigger part of the chassis number and paste on the new shell, just like they use the rear end of the donor car, why dont use almost all of the donor car, and swap the chassis number and engine. Original car was destroyed like that, cant imagine if this rebuild cut and weld would survive for another crash. It will smash into pieces.
Они хотя бы в стойки трубы засовывали перед тем как варить их. А так эта машина через неделю в кабриолет превратится , если совсем не развалиться. Но по их меркам у них в стране где наверное нет тех осмотра и так сойдёт 😂😂😂
