Exactly, thank you. I actually really like Courtney, and in Action it was ridiculous seeing how they made her so competitive when it wasn't necessary. She always had an edge to her in season 1 but she was still pretty caring and nice. She seemed to have resorted back to her original personality in season 3, until the Gwen and Duncan thing happened, which was a pretty fair reaction since her best friend and boyfriend both betrayed her.

Knowing this will never have a true ending hurts more than anything

I saw this a year ago, 2 months after it came out and when I finished it, I thought "I'll just let a little time past so when I come back, I can binge the new episodes :)." A year later and I'm seeing comments saying that they had to cancel carrying on the show due to legal reasons. Why can't we just enjoy our spin off in peace😭😭😭

Man i really wish this reunion would continue. It’s a genus idea and its so nostalgic 😭

I remember hearing about this and was so excited, then... Nothing, it was if the project was wiped off the face of the earth. After looking into it it's sad what happened. Honestly the network could have worked with Blu to make this more than a fan project. I love everything behind this reunion season and it's a shame that we'll never see what Blu had envisioned for this season

I will never stop being mad about this getting cancelled. They should have pulled a Sonic Mania and brought this on to be made into a real season. I mean, It’s better than everything post-world-tour (yes, even the reboot in my opinion).

the voices are just- they fit so well with the older characters, I'm sad this got taken down, but this is incredible to look back on

Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter what art style or audio they use, the characters didn’t belong to Blu productions, so they couldn’t continue the series

@@mhalam I don't really know to much about copyright, but I always though that was allowed. My only example ig is the people remaking Fallout New Vegas. Bethesda told them they had to either stop making it, or not use the original voice lines so they hired people to do the lines again. It still really sucks though I figured this would at least fall under parody or something like that. Maybe they (Bethesda) were just being cool about it though. I don't get their thinking though, like this spin off would have totally had people going back to the OG seasons for nostalgia. But then again I also think Fresh wants to move on from the original cast and do some new stuff. Which is fair, but they need to make actual good characters if that's the case. Even as a kid I didn't really care for their new seasons, they just felt so bland and really lost their charm compared to like the first three. Sorry for ranting lol.

Fresh should have worked with Blu to make Reunion an actual season. It would have been a great goodbye to the original cast with many characters including Courtney getting nice redemptions for their stories.

I love the small detail of a speedboat behind alejandro, implying he came there on his own will instead of being held against his will like Courtney, Heather, bridgette, etc.

It sucks how this was cancelled, DAMN YOU FRESH TV!

For anybody wondering yes this was a series that a youtuber production team called blu productions premiered here over on KZread, unfortunately the show had to be cancelled for copyrighted reasons. This of course is a re-upload of the original one. As much as most of us loved watching the premiere, there is a new one coming out called Krüger mansion yo I can see more details on blu productions. Honestly this is a very interesting concept, it would be cool if the original creators and cast made this. Obviously that’s just a pipe dream, but that would be so cool. Most of the characters in this concept episode are characters that I, and most of the fandom, are heavily invested in and would want to see and epilogue for. If there were to be an epilogue for those characters the tone and story of this are almost exactly what I would want to be. No snuff towards the creator here but this is just a really interesting fanfic. I think it satisfies a lot of what the fandom wants which is why it was/is so well received, but if we’re all being honest with ourselves if we were getting a true ending to the story of the original cast I think most of us would want it to be of a higher quality. I completely understand and appreciate all the hard work and legal risk making this tool and I really thank the creator for the interesting idea, however it’s like 1 frame per second and the voice acting is only ok. Most of the voice actors nail the tone of their character’s og voice but the actual voice is just too far from the originals. The script is written very well though, 95% of the lines are perfectly in character. I really love the implications of where the individual story lines could go. Why bring back Eva, almost every other og cast member and some ROTI cast members are better/more liked than she is, if this was real she would be one of the last choices to bring back. This pilot really gives off the vibe of a dark pictures game, in that the characters are all in a dangerous situation in a setting that is foreign yet still familiar l. Their is a very dark over one to it and all their relationships are very heavy. I would love to see this idea executed at a higher level and then it would be something possibly better than the original series, however I think they’d be too different from each other to even compare. My most unpopular opinion about this is probably that if these characters were to have an epilogue I feel like it shouldn’t necessarily be a competition just a few episodes of them being trapped on the island and then going home. Although this might sound boring at first, we would get to see a lot of the relationships worked out and see the characters in a very different light as now they’re battling against a psychotic Chris instead of a narcissistic Chris. Instead of a million dollars on the line it’s their lives. Idk just a though. Also I don’t think Chris could go to jail for the show, I know in the actual show he’s given a lot of credit for the dangerous stuff but there are producers and executives behind him actually running the show.

It is unknown why Lindsay didn't appear on first episode. There are 5 possible theory 1. She is dumb(Don't know where is Boney Island) 2. Her voice actor was absent, therefore she was withdrawn from competition 3. Her friend prevent her to go 4. She is: "Whole New Ghost" 5. She had marry Tyler and neither of them was joined competition

This is what the TDI fans deserved. What could've become an icon amongst cartoon fans in general was removed because of a company not being appreciative of such a dedicated fanbase they created.

I still think the voice actor for chris mcklein was spot on it was almost the exact voice 😎

I JUST discovered all this shit went down with the original owners and some stuff with Chris's voice actor, a real shame it stopped but hey the fact this single episode made it is pretty cool

Very sad this got cancelled.. this was amazing and crazy Chris was finally going to get what he deserved..and was saved by someone as evil as him.. Dude needs the electric chair big time.. at this point if this continued he would have shown none of them any mercy and not hide his sick behavior anymore.~ Very much disappointing that the original creators didn't want to do this,it was very much a love letter...~

@@papialex5984 probably due to the fact that FreshTV became involved and went ahead and probably told them to cancel it after them getting involved ( I have to assume issues with the assets or something ).

I hope they'll make a reunion season, the OG characters deserve proper closure they're just too iconic not to revisit again. Plus due to the show using them for three seasons (four if you include All-Stars) we feel more attached to them compared to the other characters that followed.

How did Fresh TV even get away with copyrighting a fan project? That had to be under fair use considering it used no footage from the show and is entirely fan made

This is a great accurate 👌 reunion even tho it wasn't on fresh TV. I love the fan fiction and the plot with amazing plot lists. Portraying the classic total drama island characters as adults and living the adult life.

Awww this made me teary eyed and Owen is still just as precious as ever 😢

im sad this aint made by the real creators, as if it would bring more memories and stuff along that line, but the creators risked going to court or worse just to make this for us. Chris was not THAT bad last time i checked but last time i watched was 3 years ago lol.

Lets appreciate the fact that Chris sounds exactly like himself😂

I hope that this fan fiction will continue in another way, like a comic or some short videos.
