After a few chances, finally I got a chance to film the main office elevators at this building, which are located behind turnstiles. Some floors are keycarded, but thankfully the top floor isn't locked as there is a function hall on that floor, but it was closed when I went there.
One of the unique features of the elevators are the call prediction system. The feature is commonly found on Japanese elevators, including Toshiba. But this is the first time I found call prediction feature on (Chinese) Toshiba elevators.
