I cannot thank you enough for this video!! Our office had received this tv at the end of 2019. It stopped working around a year ago and I didn't know how to fix it, so I just left it. This week, I was determined to get it working in hopes to start playing music on it again, so we could give a good ambience when people are coming in and out of our office. I watched many KZread videos and none were successful. I called Toshiba and Amazon and neither of them were helpful. I read countless forums and was becoming quite discouraged. I actually started looking at new TV's to buy. I decided to try KZread one more time. I changed my search criteria a little bit and you were one of the first videos to pop up. Every step worked just like you showed in your video. Our office is sooo ecstatic that we now have a working tv!! Thank you times a million!! You have no idea how grateful we are. :) :)

For anyone who's remote works on the TV after factory reset but doesn't want to pair on pairing screen, just hook up an ethrenet cable to the TV from your router and use the app and it will refresh and update and go to the menu. Then unplug cable then use the remote to connect wirelessly

I brought this kind of tv a year ago and just set it up and discovered the pairing issue. Best Buy told me they could not help and I would have to pay for geek squad service to have it looked at. I explained the tv say I. The box for a year and I’m just finding out the tv has issues. They I called geek squad, and was hung up on . I found your comment and tried this , and it worked. Thanks 👍

I sure do hope you are still answering these comments because you have been the best and easiest to understand that I've found. The screen says Our remotes won't pair after the factory reset and reboot. They are able to change the volume and turn the tv on and off though. Any suggestions?
