Tory MP's defection 'stinks' says top Labour official | LBC

With Natalie Elphicke's shock defection to Labour, the Party's National Executive Committee member Mish Rahman joins Tom Swarbrick to discuss his frustration, arguing her acceptance to the Party may drive voters away.
Ms Elphicke crossed the floor in the Commons just moments before Prime Minister's Questions on Wednesday.
In a statement, Ms Elphicke said under Rishi Sunak, the Conservatives have become a "byword for incompetence and division," and hit out at a "tired and chaotic government".

Up and down the country, Labour will lose votes to Greens and independents. In Scotland, the SNP and Wales PC. The Lib Dems will also gain. It may not be a mass movement, and may result in the loss of just a few seats, but it could be the start of Labour’s problems when it forms the next government.
