The wall seems much tougher than I imagined.
Well, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
Why are these cysts so big in India? Do people not get regular scans and stuff? Holy crap I had a big one and mine wasn’t anywhere near these. Mine ruptured and it hurt like crap. Honestly I think if any of these would’ve ruptured, they really would’ve killed somebody.

I currently have a huge ovarian cyst - 15cm x 14cm x 10cm and I was born and bred in the UK. I have never had kids and have never needed any type of gynae scan up until last year aged 40. I was advised a long time ago, due to other health problems that I shouldn't have kids, so therefore never needing a scan. I don't think it matters what country someone is in. It's down to personal circumstances.
