I have every sympathy for his position, but actually *she* is right, it isn't legally harassment unless there are at least 2 separate occasions. Him going up the street and her following him would be considered part of the same interaction (even if she went into the station for 10 minutes in between).

In all of the audits that I have seen, the PCSO is the first officer that approached a member of the public correctly. She was either trained really well or knows about auditors.

I saw it happen the other night. The guy approached the desk to make an enquiry about a friend/relative that was at the station. When he was told she's in the back making a statement he said 'I'll be back'. Moments later he rammed a car through the front of the station and through the front desk. He went on a rampage and shot most of the police inside the building. The person he was looking for was called Sarah Connor. Her and a male known as Kyle Reece but with no records so unconfirmed ID fled the scene, she was there as she was possibly the next victim in the phonebook madman killer that was killing other Sarah Connors in order of which they appeared in the phonebook. Funnily enough they were trying to claim they were being hunted by some type of time traveling exterminator or something like that. Apparently Mr Reece was also from the future sent back to save some unborn second coming of Jesus or some other type of saviour if I remember correctly. But yeah it doesn't happen very often. I think the footage I saw was from the mid 80's and in LA anyway. Crazy Americans, it was like watching a movie!

Mate, invest in some proper recording equipment, write some good headlines for your videos and this channel can be a goldmine 😂 love the content

The only thing is, the bigger and more popular these channels get, the police obviously don't like being shown in a negative light so they try n get these auditors either arrested or get these channels off the net so they are forced to stop. We need good auditors like this man to continue to educate the public and show them how pathetic the police are. Fantastic audit mate.

tbh she is completely right about the point that someone who was actually intending to do harm could just recite the same lines as Ed in order to get off the hook🤷‍♂️ so its questionable whether or not the police should become "desensitised" as such to people filming their stations. she was right to ask for an account of your actions on this basis imo. however, after no criminal conduct has reasonably been established / suspected, then they do need / should cease interaction

Always, make your claim that you're a Man, and a Man as rights, then they can't assume that you are a person. Man as rights, a person as privileges. When that sergeant approached you, and invade your space, your personal space, you did correct response to tell him to get, as he should know better. Self-preservation (n.) Protection of oneself from harm or death, especially regarded as a basic instinct in human beings and animals. They assume, so you can assume he hasn't approach you in a peaceful manner, and your sixth sense as kicked in. Clearly you can assume he's looking for trouble, or fishing for business. Man doesn't answer questions he asks them, and they should uphold the law. And the law is very simple, "Do no harm," as you have not committed transgression of that law, you're clearly not a wrongdoer. Anybody who approaches you after that, refer her to this one you have spoken to, as Man doesn't answer questions, and certainly doesn't keep repeating himself like a bad curry. You ask them three times, she as been warned, she wants you to go down to crime it (make a complaint), say, if it continues, I will open up court and make a claim, as Man doesn't make complaint. You rebuke in the private, now in a loud voice rebuke her in the public, that gives you standing to open up court and privately prosecute her, with a private prosecution claim, and/or a claim of trespass. If she doesn't understand her oath of office that her bad luck. Imagine, that her oath of office is signed on a A4 piece of paper, when she on duty, picture her standing on it. She only has to take one step off it, even for a moment, then she as broken that oath and can be taken to court, via a Man/Woman making a claim on it. In other words she takes one step of that oath, you can make claim to it, an irrefutable fact. When a Man makes a claim, the court is his paperwork, and in his/her court, they are standing on their claim. No person as right of audience (standing) to address your court, because they're only acting. Man/Woman live in the real world and they live in a world of fantasy (fiction) The Bible Acts 10:34, 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth and said of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons. God created you to be free and not tethered, that's why Man/Woman as rights and person (actor) as privileges. So, who do you want to answer to? You can't serve both.
