Lol if only Upper Deck would put more people to properly handle cards they would not have so many freaking issues with damaged cards, and then breakers expect for collectors to buy into over price team box or case breaks with lousy product quality.

Product quality is definitely a point of improvement for card manufacturers. I agree not all cards will be 10’s, but reducing damage should be a focus for the future. Upper Deck does have good customer care to resolve damaged cards, however, which is a positive.

@@TTCGxWaynesBreaks i have case files outstanding from August and still waiting on some others from Sept Oct i be lucky to get replacements by April. The cards that had damages were low numbered to /49 and what they sent from case file from August were damaged replacements so go figure, who is working at fulfilment center, they dont look at the cards before they send. We 1000% need an other card company to come in thus it would break up the control that Upper Deck has put in place since 2012 when they took full control of hockey cards. How many vendors at the Expo were selling boxes, very few cause the ones that were are Diamond Dealers Approved Shops but before 2012 any one of us could have gone to Grosonners and purchased any hockey or other sport box or case and paid tax and saves huge instead of buying from card shop. That now is no longer aloud cause Upper Deck has put in place that distributors must sell only to card shops and if the card shop is not approved, they cant buy many cases cause they wont be following price rigging like every other store has same price. Just look at the screw up with CNC and just before that happend every shop had pulled pre-sell on Series 2 why?? Answer they saw the boxes go from $160.00 to $300.00+ and now every store has presell at $325.00. This is nothing more then price rigging control and has to change. Forgot to mention back before 2012 Distributors were allowed to set up at the Expo and sell boxes cases, how come they dont set up any more??
