Lived in Perry, Mi, for 19 yrs. Never had one hit the town before this. This looks like Shaftsburg area, West of Perry. Maybe a mile or 2 away from Perry. I would be stopping car too.

I was in swartz creek when this happened Scared me so bad bc I had to leave my pet axolotl at home Btw swartz creek is 30mins to the north-west of perry

It may have just landed in a feild. The EF scale is dumb. It only really accounts for damage done nowadays, wind speeds/size arent as important anymore. The El Reno tornado was 2.6 miles wide, with 300mph winds, and killed four but was only rated a EF3 because it didnt hit many buildings.
