Nice to see you were watching RyanHall Y'all's livestream I was watching his live stream too on that storm as it went through and he gave 20-30min advanced notice for people before the official alerts went out as they tracked the storms so that people could get to safety sooner. I'm glad to see you guys are ok

We were in the tornado that came through Crockett texas. Damage all around us no electricity yet and thankfully our houses weren't touched. Truly by the grace of God we are all safe and sound. Just brought home our last triplet daughter from the nicu on Tuesday. It's been a whirlwind last few days that's for sure.

Looks like the shelter is underneath the house. When they cammed up you could see ceiling fans. Leaving that hatch open was a dumb move though. If the tornado had hit their house directly that baby would have been sucked out because they left the hatch open.

Yes, Granger perception always puts us back in place to focus on being grateful . I had a big leak in my house today , started crying, then my perception made me grateful I have a home that has a leak , as others are suffering in this world terribly . Glad u all were safe . 🙏 yeeyee

Prayers for all of those dealing with the aftermath of the tornado. Everyone is quick to help right after. It’s the weeks & months following when they need help the most. Looking through all of that debris to try & find anything that can be saved. Pictures, baby blanket, family heirlooms.

Please wear/take shoes to your safe place. If your home is hit it's extremely dangerous to not have shoes on and no flip flops don't count.

I'm so glad that you all made it through the storm okay! Very sad that others were not so lucky. I was happy to see you listening in to Ryan Hall, Y'all... he really does save lives when people listen to him! My heart was actually skipping beats as I watched this, when y'all got all those warnings on your phones and you weren't seeking shelter immediately. Sometimes there are only seconds to react! I watched him for a long time before I stuck to a friends channel who covers both the US and Canada

How heartbreaking it is to know so many people were affected by the tornado. I’m so so glad y’all put the storm shelter in your house - that was so smart of you to do. I’m glad Parker and Amy were there to be safe too. I hope Tyler made it home OK and I hope none of y’all had any (or too much) damage. I love the podcast room and I love seeing Bernie! Mav just keeps getting cuter and cuter, I LOVE seeing him! I’m so glad y’all are safe!!!!! In west Texas, the first time we had an earthquake it scared me so badly! But that’s nothing compared to what y’all had to go through with the tornado. I’m just so glad God protected you and kept you safe.

I love Grangers first response after knowing they were okay was "what can we do to help". Such a servant mindset".

Oh my the weather has been crazy thru the country...so glad you have the shelter for your family.... prayers to all in your area and God keep you all safe from harm🙏. Thank goodness

So glad y'all are safe. Ryan Hall does livestreams any time there are big weather events going on. He is the best as far as forecasting and nowcasting for all weather because he follows all the storms and even frequently gives specific details as to the path of tornadoes,providing streets, intersections and structures such as stores, churches, etc, so people in those areas have the best info possible. He very often is able to provide details that give people several minutes prior to the weather service issuing warnings. There have been numerous people and families that have gotten to safety because he has been able to provide such fast info and details. Ryan starts his livestreams when weather starts happening and frequently stays going for 10-14 hours just because he wants to make sure people have as much time and information they need to be safe. He normally has at least 4-5 well-known storm chasers working with him during these livestreams. I'm glad you were able to listen to him this time. I watched the entire 12 hours and said prayers that all y'all were safe at the house, the farm, and everyone's individual homes. It's devastating to see how much damage these things can do in such a short amount of time. I lived and went to college in Joplin years before the tornado in 2011 and my heart broke to see all that happened there. I had done my nursing clinicals at St John's and was very familiar with all those areas that were hit. I'm so glad y'all have that storm shelter with fast access when needed. So greatful for you ..that you have the storm shelter.. absolutely hart breaking..to see all the destruction, that poor young man who died...prayers for all but especially his family, and friends...so sad... Yes the animals always know...when a storm is coming...and the minute it's over!!!

It's so cool to see people willing to help after people have been through a crisis. This is what makes me love this country so much. I know that we don't get weather quite this crazy up in the pacific northwest but when crazy thinks happen such as fire, snow, or heavy wind and rain storms after the storm passes or sometimes even during the storm people are out clearing trees off the road, pulling trees off cars and homes and helping thier neighbors.

Thank You mighty Lord Jesus for v covering the Smiths during this emergency, in Your Holy Name we thank Your Grace and Mercy!!! Amen!🥰🇨🇱💪

Hello Granger and Amber. My wife and I lost everything we had back in California due to the Caldor Fire in the Sierra Nevada mountains, August 16 2021. We ended up moving to Carthage, Texas in January of this year, not knowing anything but, the people of Texas are good good people. That storm blew the tornado our way. It hit near Carthage but it died out just north of us, dodged a bullet. Never the less, we love Texas. The people here ARE good good people. Love to y'all.

The tornado in Round rock was right across the street from my work and I happened to be there and saw it. Just way to close for comfort so thankful by the grace of God that no one one killed or seriously injured.

I've been through tornadoes as a kid, most were small tornadoes. The very first large tornado, an EF5, I've ever experienced was the May 20, 2013 tornado that went through Moore, OK killing 51 people. When I crawled out of a small linen closet with my 2 dogs, I found myself in shock. My husband, and kids were all at work. Our home, a rental home remained standing with some wind damage. We had no electric, and no communication capabilities. I immediately found myself loading our suv with first aid items, rescue gear, work items, and as much water as I could pack. My husband, and kids had difficult time returning home. When they finally got home, we all set out to help families. We were clearing pathways, helping families locate items, and moving their items to a secured warehouse. So they could eventually go through their items, and start over again. We did this for days. I've experienced many things in my 59 years of life, May 20th, 2013 is one day, I will never forget. It was like being in a war zone. There were no houses standing for miles. I still see the faces of every person I helped, and the faces of each child pulled out of Plaza Towers Elementary School. Every year when tornado season starts, I have this knot in my stomach that doesn't go away until the tornado season is done. I am now in Pa ...but I still at 57 being born and spending the 1st years of my little life in Amarillo texas on a farm, we experienced many tornadoes and honestly even now I hear of a tornado warning I still panic so bad.. I feel your anxiety and my prayers are with you and your family..

All I can say is bless you for helping. I was in the Joplin MO tornado and without our volunteers we would have never made it.

I'm sure they can't wait to catch the non existent prayers you sent. For future disasters, might I recommend doing something...in REALITY? Like maybe donate money, volunteer, etc. Sending prayers are an insulting and meaningless platitude that make you look like the hypocrite that you likely are.
