The power-flashes start at 10:45 and continue for several minutes. The cloud has very fast rotation, but the tornado is not really visible.

@@tjmmcd1 We had a rare tornado in CT in 1987 and I was only a couple miles from it when it went by. The sky literally became dark as a moonless night, then the lightning started, like a flashing strobe light. It was the same as in this video. I've never seen anything like it before or since.

It was rainwrapped and this was around 4 am so it is extremely hard to see but I can assure there was a strong tornado

Panama City just got back looking great after that hurricane. I'll be praying for the community!

Crazy to think I was just there not even last summer and on my way back to Indiana 2 tornados were confirmed

We drove around after and half of front beach looks like it did after the hurricane

large supercell storm system it was an EF 3 which is much Stronger than your typical Waterspout tornado

I'm ok. I slept through the whole thing. Now looking out the window.

I fell asleep during this and woke up to late tornado warnings(2) and a severe thunderstorm warning here in santa rosa beach and there were also some trees down😅😐

I thought I saw the funnel cloud along the beach 🏝️ and it looked like it was coming ashore. I see the power flashing from the transformers blowing out due to the storm. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who is affected by this storm!

@@denisek292 yeah the tornado was very scary thankfully there were no injuries from the tornado but it was a powerful tornado for sure according to the national weather service it was a EF 2 tornado that hit Santa Rosa beach Florida which is a big tornado, my house is fine thank the Lord and the crazy thing is that I was two streets away from the tornado it was crazy.

@@denisek292 thank you, yeah it was very scary I'm just glad I survived the tornado, I wasn't in the full force of the tornado I was two streets away from the tornado but I still felt the impacts and the wind two streets away from the tornado it was very scary the power went out and the winds were really crazy like 90mph and plus it was intense.

Dreamt about a Tornado last Night. Sad.

I couldn’t see anything that looked like a tornado.

Yeah I saw the tornado here in Santa Rosa beach Florida this morning I woke up at 4:15 am and I got the tornado warning and then at 4:20 am this morning the tornado hit I saw it and it was very scary the wind was probably 90mph it was scary for sure.

At what point in this video do we see a Tornado Come Ashore, as the title implies? What I see is a geoengineered storm. The sound is muted so we can't hear thunder, but we don't see even a single lightning bolt. This is similar to the bizarre storms we've been experiencing in recent months on the east coast in Palm Beach County, Fl. There IS NO thunder, nor lightning bolts, only incredible high winds and massive downpours and flooding that take place in a matter of 15-20 minutes. Just as this video reveals, the sky lights up every minute or so as if it were flashbulbs coming from an enormous camera. They are using weather geoengineering in addition to exotic scalar technology to produce these somewhat brief, but extremely powerful electromagnetic storms. Thankfully, 'they' didn't use any Dierected Energy Weapons and burn Panama City to the ground like they did in CA and Lahaina!

Water spout/tornado, sure. Hurricane is a whole big system where this rotation comes from littler spin-offs. Tornadoes can actually spawn within hurricane bands.

It started on the ocean as a waterspout. That waterspout came ashore and became a destructive tornado. Hurricanes are totally different.
