I remember this show!! Love this old-school bootleg video! Waaay before the days of camera phones when one risked getting kicked out for recording devices.
@candycane3 Right at the point where she sings "Ran into the henchman that severed Anne Boleyn..." (1:20) she activates the backing tape by pressing a pedal under the harpsichord. But this time the backing track doesn't start so she has to stop and try again and this time it works. Then at the end of the song (4:08), the backing track just dies before the song is finished.
The chorus feels like 10x more epic now that it works.
This lyrics are so fitting for the times.
She nails even when it fails. Actually, is always funny as she has such a good sense of humour.
