Tori does cover songs like no other. It's amazing the variety of the songs she chooses. I know a lot of people don't appreciate her covers but she puts her own spin on music that is quite eclectic and magical.

Tori Amos's covers are awful... they are as bad as her original songs are good... Tori has no clue how to interpret other people's music, she plays the wrong chords (not by design but just randomly), her vocal melodies are aimless, her tempo is almost always too slow. Since Tori has such a devoted fan base, there are always people who will tell her it sounds good even though she is literally destroying classic songs.

Are you serious? This is so much better than x factor, there is no comparison, not just the extraordinary playing, but those vocals, thhat almost mystical sound and utterly beautiful soprano notes.

Not as "smooth" as GM's--more "raw", perhaps from the pov of the 'other' to their lover, reciprocating that passion and maybe a bit of sadness...

i like georges version...its ok like banana yogurt....theres somthing there but its still kind of asleep at the wheel ...toris version pumps new flavors into the mix..... now you have banana with a vanilla chi and raspberry swirl....if sexy has a flavor its tori .... sorry george but id rather eat tori

Tori's version of London Girls was better than the original. But George Michael is still the master of this song. Something isn't quite working in this cover. But a brave attempt.

Agreed. Glad I'm not the only one. I'm a fan of both Tori and George and unlike London Girls, this is not one of her best covers.
