I would love you to test / review the tool brand torches. I have a dealt spotlight that has 4x LEDs and a huge heatsink - it has two modes, 1500 lumen and 500 lumens, which is just 3x LEDs and 1x LED. Continuously rated. I have the milwaukee M12 alloy adjustable focus unit too, really nice colour, 500 on low, 800 on high, spot/throw or flood or in between. Also continuously rated.They use the batteries that you already have. So hot swap if low, which I have used in a real situation. Other brands like Makita probably have their own. I have other lights in different form factors too, all very useful for different things. Plus baton 3 premium and marauder mini from your world.

I like to use MTM boxes to store 10440, 14500, 18350 and 18650 cells. I need a bigger box for 21700 and 26800 cells. I've got more torches than batteries so it makes sense to store them in some boxes. I keep the boxes in a dry place where the room temperature is fairly consistent (about 20 C). Lithium batteries need to be handled carefully. Unprotected cells could get shorted. I was keeping them stored at 3.6V but then I had a 3 day power outage. It was a struggle to charge some batteries. I used my car. I kept cells stored at 4.20V for a year. Nowadays I'm using an XTAR VC8S to keep cells stored at 3.6V and I only have a handful of cells at 4.20V in case of emergency.

I've looked everywhere for a good set of comparison showing beam shots of the Charles Wiggins Arcadian and micro Arcadian flashlights. Unfortunately, the only thing that custom flashlight reviewers (usually some dude who just wants to show off their new CWF) they never thought to take their custom flashlight in a dark room and do some beam shot compares against other flashlight makers. Even though we know how important color binning is to give the LED Flashlight collector/consumer and idea of what tint they should expect to see on their $450 custom flashlight! If you don't believe me then why would some KZread channel reviewers do something like this "Flashlights 101: Tint talk! (CCT, BBL, DUV and bins)"?

I think it’s because anyone that’s honestly in the running for a $450 10440 light usually is already so far down the rabbit hole that they have a lot of background knowledge.

Is Charles going to do a single with a secondary on that new Quantum Chimera? Or do we need to have Artie rig something up after? 😂

Single, no secondaries (chimera = no secondaries, dragon = secondaries)
