u need to have spell burst lvl 10 to convert 25% of your normal crit rate to magic crit rate also u need weaken and ur atks must be in elemental advantage to the boss to get benefit from the 50% crit conversion of weaken all in all u get 75% crit to magic crit conversion when spell burst lvl 10 and weaken is applied. 75% of 134 is 100, so u need 134 crit to have 100% magic crit if weaken is applied with spell burst lvl 10.

@@WI-FI_GOD elemental slash from magic warrior skill tree. But you'll need MD with advantage element to the boss to have 100% weaken chance and your magic must have an advantage element to the boss/mob, to benefit from the 50% magic crit rate conversion of weaken. So awaken element of staff and md is needed.
