I don't plan on using Katana any time soon (Mostly because im so awful at melee XD). But I really love and appreciate just how much effort you put into your Vids, adding in tips, tricks, detailed information, and even tutorial for how to make it as best as possible, or as friendly as possible. I also don't remember you using TTS (Text to Speech. It is TTS right?) which is a bit weird at first, since im not used to it, But it definitely helps other people understand it better, or just people who doesn't wanna read or are a slow reader XD That being said, great content as always! I main Ranged Weapons (Dual Guns in particular XD) now lmao, it really fits my style, and I can even go glasscannon now, which is nice.

Good work this time also, I could now better think about the lack of things on my ktn build, skill stat modifier buffs like Warcry and Flashblast (those two only, honestly). Tho after experiencing the difference in motion stat between using my hand-to-go weapon, Modestia, and my newly crafted Dte gear sets, both the ktn and the arm, after watching your video I think I could better optimize now how to play between the two and re-change my view again that even when you have somewhat mastered the fast use of skills on your preferred class and survive under the (presumably) most demanding condition, you still have ways to go, especially as a f2p player such as me; and with how new I am playing the game (since Pc port came out on Steam). Sorry for the long stretch, I wish I could summarize my sentence in summarizing my journey and who I am currently, better; if you think otherwise.

Prioritize atk more, take SRD as a bonus, also I like dtp more than unsh bangle

probably they lack crit rate. investing in CRT, then buy equip with pp, atk, and aspd stats. people are creative nowadays

Hey, Baku. I bought 7th Anniv Katana with 1slot. And my stats are DEX>STR. I still have a lot to learn, since I just started. For future reference, would you recommend me buying/making 6th or 7th Anniv Katana? And if I got it correctly, if the katana is NPC-crafted, should the stat always be STR>DEX, and if it's Player-crafted, should it always be DEX>STR, regardless if the weapon is 6th or 7th anniv? Sorry, I'm a bit slow in the uptake.

I think this year's Miku 2nd Phase event should have 125 Crit with 1k aspd Katana. Would that be a good replacement for this Year's Modestia? (Cant afford to buy Silver Armo Bit lol)

generally, its one of the best guides out there because of detailed explanations and demonstration. But as a first timer, i have one issue. It's the slide effect after every auto atk. Can you give me some tips in dealing with that? Because I I find evading very hard due to slide effect activation?

Yeah that also slight problem, try not to use directional button after attacking, especially if you have low aspd and motion. Also wait for the atk animation to be finished (when KTN is sheathed) before moving

Katana has enough DPS skills already imo, so I don't really like taking SH. And It also scales with DEX, and with NPC katana user like me, I use STR>DEX so it's not really good

I am using Modestia and my armor same like in this video.. but I just have 1s lace headdress.. what xtall should I put in there?

what if, if you're using both weapons? like in sometime you gonna use yatagarasu for neut boss and ele boss player crafted ktn.. how's the stat distribution of that?🤔

I'd say still STR > DEX, but for player crafted, if ur talking about DTE, that might exceed your cd. But that excess cd from player stats is just a little penalty. You can reduce the STR If you want, but Compare that to bonus damage that you will get from Yatagarasu, it's just a little sacrifice

Additional info: If you're M.Ring user but want a fast motion, use: 1. Volgagon + Specter of Death 2. Volgagon + Tappler 3. Volgagon + Captain Amiya / Patissia 4. Volgagon + Venena II (Choose 1 of them)

💀 try Iruna, all of us with samurai job do about 50k normal attack and 160k critical (you can unlock samurai job at lvl 100+ but recommend lv160)

There's no ideal stat for bossing. Maybe for equipment at least, u need high AMPR and pierce

Even without t5 katana is powerful, as t5 doesn't change it's play style that much, it's still tenryu and enhanced Garyou (divine). You can use katana as ur first weapon, no problem with that, Crit and survivability won't be a hassle coz of meikyo and Zantei. But yeah, it's just that it's kinda hard to play when startingm

Same here no buffs, i hit 300k in ultimate iconos. I feel so useless and time wasting... it's like, tenryu spam is better or I could have just invested on a mage or a twin storm bowgun, LOL.

i refine stats all ele dte weapon and armor but only use neo maton sword arachnidemon xtall. and venena, black shadow on ring. what xtall should use for 1s add cheap?

Baphomela, lefina or Tappler. But you can also use pillow kitagawa for very low budget.

this is probably the first time I've seen someone actually recommended assassin's garb coz assassin's garb is insanely good and incredibly cheap 👍 also this vid is definitely gonna be a helper in giving advice to give to my cousin (he ktn main) coz we're kinda struggling at perfecting his ktn 😅

New player here, like playing high dps, I've been looking at bow or katana builds, kinda Interested in how the 2 are for a new player, and the hybrid of bowkana...if anyone could give me a definitive answer on which class can do the most auto attack and skill spam, would be deeply appreciated.

For new players, playing pure class is the best. Hybrids is very hard for starters, not only the gameplay but also the budget needed is much higher. And pure classes, both bow and katana are very good. Bow is good for high skill damage, Then Katana for high speed DPS.

If you do not use any NPC Katana as neutrals, then DEX main stat is best way to go. But if you are using any NPC, like modestia. Then STR.

Not very good, it's do-able tho, it's just your DMG won't be that good.

I've been a Katana main since I started this game but I've always been using NPC weapons so I'm not familiar on what stats should I use on my eq when it comes to player stat. I should go with a12fc25 since dex10% also gives attack, I think it's lower. So, go for straight up atk12% instead. But if you can test, u should test it

Im using dex>str in ktn so Whats better in xtal for ktn hex+vlam or hex+dango? If i remove vlam my mp only 1.6k but have 2k if vlam active. In trade only have 40%p.peirce

Ow and arm too what better usamochi+dx or gemma+usamochi. Minus p.pierce, unsheathe if i use dx. From unsheathe 166 to 159, p.pierce 40% to 35%

Since you use dex as main stat, you can why not use Vulture, also I prefer Dango a lot more because of high pierce and extra atk. And for armor, it depends on you, if you think u need more pierce, then go Gemma. But I prefer DX because of SRD and atk, very good for Divine.

Sbm still op, but If you have high pierce already the ATK and Dex bonus from lace is more beneficial than the 12% pierce from sbm. And for me, I find lace deal more DMG
