Your a g bro. I'm 34 and I haven't done breakdancing since highschool and of course back then no KZread tutorials. so my first question would be what's good workout routine to get back into shape. @@nathanreed6143 same weight and everything just very very out of shape. Last time I did some windmills I pulled my groin and bruised up my face lol. I know stretching before is huge. But I'm looking for something to condition myself to avoid injuries. I've already been doing calisthenics again, but after that not sure where to go gettin here. Ty in advance
