Thank you for this detailed video. Can you please answer a few specific questions for me? I have a BMW E46. Can I for example Go to the instrument panel to see if the pointers and lights are working. For example, can I view the sensor data from the ABS sensor graphically? For example, can I check the level in the petrol tank? Thank you very much 🙏

Hello , ArtiDiag Pro support active test to enter the instrument panel to see if the pointers and lights are working, view the sensor data from the ABS sensor graphically and heck the level in the petrol tank. BMW E46is supported, but you can send us the specific vehile model and year or VIN for further confirm.

Did they make this wireless for 2024 like the 900lite?

Will it work after the first subscription expires? I am certain that there will be no updates, but will it continue to work at the level it is at at the time? Or will it be a brick in a box?

Hello Ron Rockwell, the device will work after update expires, the only difference is: you will still be able to use the software downloaded before the expiration date, but cannot download newer software version on the scanner

Do you have to update to continue use?

Does this do immobilizer key programming? Want something that I can program keys (Honda specifically) as our internet doesn’t reach in the parking lot and it’s a pain to use Hondas diagnostic system without internet

Hi Chris, ArtiDiag Pro support Honda models key programming function such as add key, all key lost , rewrite key etc. since diagnostic funcrion vary by different vehicle make, model and year, it's recommended to check the function compatibility on topdon website: www.topdon.com/pages/support-diagnostic-tool, reference path: DIY tool > Artidiag Pro > H for Honda > select model > Immobilizer system > Special function.

Long shot but would you be able to put vehicles in break service mode with this ?

Hi TOPDON, currently looking into buying the artidiag pro, I have a 2008 318D bmw, just wondering does it read bmw codes etc, as I've been told bmw's codes are different or something etc. So just wondering how compatable is this tool with BMW's , thanks.

Alternatively, you can visit our website at www.topdon.com/pages/support-diagnostic-tool and follow these steps: Select "DIY Tool" > "Artidiag Pro". There are two ways to check: a. Click on "Reset" > "DPF reg" > select your vehicle's brand, model, and year to verify. b. Select your vehicle's brand, model, and year > "Engine System" > "Special Function" > check if the DPF reg option is listed.

Hello， plz download the diagnostic software in advance, then by manually select vehicle software, model et, you can perform diagnostic function without wifi. Note that Autovin/Auto diagnosticfunction cannot be used without wifi.

For your reference, ArtiDiag Pro doesn't support programming function, currently phoenix elite/pro/smart/max/remote support Benz online programming, but we need specific vehicle model, year and vin to confirm the compatibility and what functions needs to be performed.

2022 Subaru Crosstrek 2.5L After replacing the CVT valve body will the ArtiDiag Pro be able perform an adaptive clear and CVT relearn process? I find the car compatibility section of the Topdon website difficult to use.

Hi Warran, we don't have subscription on specific function, the device comes standard with 2 year free update period, you can use all the functions it has include bi-directional control within this period.

Hello, the expiration date under the software means the software update period. when it expires, you can choose to purchase update license to download the latest version. And if you don't subscribe, you'll only be able to use the software version before the expiration date, the newer vehicle software version released will not be pushed to the device.

Hello friend, if you're encountering a communication error, it's recommended to follow these steps: 1.Tap on "Other Modules" in the menu. 2.Select "DATA" from the options. 3.Tap on "Firmware Fix" to ensure that you have the latest firmware installed. 4.After updating the firmware, try connecting to the vehicle again for diagnostics. Hi , for your information, new updates usually include two aspects: 1. Fix the known bugs 2. Inscrease supported vehicle models. if the software update period expires, you are not able to download our newer version, but the previous version and software will be still available to use.

Artidiag Pro supports more than 28 service functions, and ArtiDiag Pro enjoys 2 years of free updates. MK808S supports 36 service functions, but enjoys 1 year of free updates.

Never used this kind of Tool before. After i diagnosed a used 2006 Mercedes Benz C280 that I just bought from auction, I really don't understand the result. There is so many thing that came up after the diagnostics. I really don' t have no ideas. I need help....!! thank in advance for your help.. Is there a diagram that shows live data processes reading capabilities of the 900Lite vs 900Pro? Cant find this info anywhere. The Live Data stream capabilities of the processes will drive my purchase. Also how many graphs of of each processes of live data can you put up on the screen? Thank you.

Please be aware that when listening to this video, when you hear Functions with Hypothetical access, (such a key phrase.) What this means is Not all functions are supported on all vehicle's listed, even though listed NO guarantee they will work on your particular vehicle.

What's the main differences between ArtiDiag and the Phoenix Lite 2? I See the Lite 2 has 28 Service Features and this has 31, Both are By-Directional. Lite has 'ODO Correction' but no documentation of supported cars for it; whist ArtiDiag does not list that feature. The Lite 2 is Bluetooth whilst this is Cable. Some Differences in Android Version, Battery and Processing Power and Free Update Timeframe. Is the ArtiDiag By-Directional support for cars behind a paywall or anything? Is there anything I'm missing? Lastly do you have a offering that can hold 'Offline' Coding?
