For me, the 4rth is the 0.25 sword because if u only have shura then u fight a 0.25 sword surely the sword rune will win but unfortunately it's about what your good aiming is.

Actually Repel Rune is best because what happens if enemy have full leeching rune too huh ? The only way to defeat them is to Repel them off and maybe half Leeching and Repel rune :)
