Imo the two plugins complement each other. They're both good at glitch stuff, but Glitch 2 doesn't require MIDI input and that makes it ideal for some situations that Stutter Edit 2 can't handle. Glitch 2 is good for looping, Stutter Edit 2 is good for creative on the fly stuff.

@@50CalBeats the audio mode sucks. It never starts from the same place on the grid and is dependent upon playback position.

Yeah Dblue Glitch was the shit back in the day. I’ve never used Glitch 2 but used Effectrix which seems to be similar

Personally I always preferred glitch 1, but I'm an old fart and can only do one thing at a time

You'll have to install Rosetta for now to get it working, but I will have a proper native M1 build coming... eventually.

Glitch is an amazing plugin but it's immediately recognizable to anybody in a mix.. Stutter edit.. less so if you know what you are doing.
